Bad Reputation

I get the shirt I put on yesterday and go in to change. I wash my face and put my hair in a pony tail. I get out to see him on the bed with only his sweats on and on the phone " no   what do you mean ? I need the drive by  tomorrow?  Okay just drop it off . Don't speak to me like that! ". His voice raised and I sit behind him and start to massage his back and I feel him relax. " Fuck Jacob I'm your boss so do it ". I'm not going to lie it made me uncomfortable but I have to deal with it. " okay bye ". I stop and pull him closer to the bed. " whats wrong " I ask. He lies on the bed " nothing just people don't do their job right ". I nod " I'm sorry if it scares you but that's what I do ". I sigh " it's okay I understand" I turn to hug him he caresses my hair " how did I get so lucky ". "I ask myself the same thing ". We drift asleep . I wake up and brush my teeth and change clothes. I go downstairs and make us breakfast I go up to check on Brandon. " hey I made us-", I stop hallway when he's not there. I check the bathroom and nothing. I go downstairs and just finish eating. I get My phone and leave to my house. My dad was there ' thanks for doing the chores and dinner Rowan ", " no problem dad". I go to my room and pack my backpack and choose my outfit for tomorrow. I take a long shower and change into some shorts and a t-shirt. " Hey dad want to go for breakfast ?". " yea were taking the cop car though because I need to go to work". I nod. We get in and drive to this coffee shop. I order a frapuchino and 2 bagels. " did you hear that shooting at the party rowan? ".  I look up to his stare " no what happened". " this gang started to shoot and look for another gang ". " do you know any members? ", he sighs and says no. I finish my food " hey dad lets go". we get to the house and he drops me off and drives off. I just watch Netflix and eat chips all afternoon. I change into my pj's and go to sleep. 

I wake up and get ready and make my way to school. I see Trevor comes up next to me, " Hey can we talk", I look at him weird " what". He gulps " Look you know Brandon and I are rivals but we are actually working together in this one and i'm sorry, I just thought it was your fault". I look at him " don't worry no hard feelings ". He smiles and hugs me. I walk to the cafeteria and join the conversation that Sean and Ash are having "  Hey theirs Brandon's girl". I chuckle " so tonight at the house we are having a serious talk and you guys have to be their , Brandon's orders". I nod and we talk about Mr. Jeff's class. The bell rings and we go to class. On the way I see Brandon and he smiles " hey baby ", he says leaning in and i kiss him quick " I need to get to class", I say. " Fine but later I'm picking you up". I nod and kiss him quick again and head to class. I could hear girls gossiping about me and Brandon because he is probably every girls crush. Class was fun especially science. I get home and eat and wait for Brandon to pick me up. I hear a honk and I lock my door and head to his car. " Hey princess ", he says. " hey ". We get to the house and Hailey is already there and everybody is silent and I sit down while Brandon stands, " so heres the thing, we are now working with Trent's gang to kill Jake's gang. I just wanted to say do not trust anyone else first you tell me then I will say it to the rest understood?' he says. " yes" we all say. " also Rowan, Hailey, since you are with us you will be in danger too so you need to be prepared with at least a knife or pepper spray". " okay", I say. The discussion was over and we ordered pizza to eat while Hailey and I talked about going shopping and some celebrities and the guys were making plans. " so hailey you and Hawk did it hu?" I ask wiggling my eyebrows, " oh my gosh yes like 8 times now", I make a disgusted face " Ew Hailey I did not have to know that". We laugh and she then asks me " hows it being the leaders girl?". " umm same as you and Hawk". She laughs " He seems pretty dominant to me is that how you like it ?". I laugh and hit her arm " Hailey your so dirty, but to answer your question he could take me anytime and own me". Hailey chokes on her drink" oh my god Rowan I did not know you had that in you". We laugh and Brandon comes out to get papers then heads back into the room.  My life was good and I feel complete. 

1 month later

" Okay we all know the plan for tomorrow so stick to it", Brandon tells all of us. We nod and go into school. a lot has happened during this month, basically we have Jake's crew and were about to take him down. Hailey and I are going to get the drive from a room and we have to work fast. Its a ball where we have to dress fancy and that's where everything is going to go down. I never knew I would do something like this. Hailey and Hawk are happy and Brandon and I are too, I might even love him. No, that's a fact because I do love him. Trent's group has been helping and thanks to them we got to figure out where the drive is. Class was going by fast and Hailey and I were so nervous. Some of the popular girls kind of hate us for some reason. Maybe because they couldn't get our boyfriends ?. It's just weird. I presented my science fair project and it went really good. " rowan I wont be able to walk home with you today we need to do some more preparations ", Brandon tells me. " alright be careful". I turn to see Greg Looking at me and I wave at him and leave.
