(Sigil)

"Wait you are really the Bloodkeepers?" Sigil asks and coming from the look on Scratch's, face he had asked the wrong thing.

"Are you deaf?" She grumbles walking over to the fire. "Relic did you predict we would have a deaf dragon as our new member?"

"Scratch! Stop it...be nice!" Relic snaps back at her. "Yes, our group just finished an assignment. We are heading back to the big camp near the Sky kingdom."

"What kind of mission was it?" Sigil asks another question.

"He asks too many questions!" Scratch shouts from behind the corner.

Relic scoffs and shakes her head. "I asked questions too." She mumbles looking down at her feet.

"Yeah you did and the only reason you are still alive is because my baby brother has-"

"SHUT UP Scratch!!!" She roars.

"Anyway," Tamarisk interjects clearing his voice to interrupt the two bickering dragonesses. "We are just one groups of dragons in the Bloodkeepers. There are lower rankings and there is three other higher rankings."

"Why are you telling me all this?" Sigil asks looking at the five dragons sitting around the fire.

"Relic, I'll let you explain that." Tamarisk replies looking at the Icewing.

She sighs and looks at Sigil. "My visions predicted you would be coming. As well as I got information on you from-" she pauses and looks down at her feet. "-from a, ah, a relative."

Sigil was officially confused. He was an outside to them. Why are they telling him all this? Did they expect him to ask if he wanted to join? And above all how did she know that he would be coming? None of this made since it was all pretty shady. Of course they are part of the Bloodkeepers.

"Who told you?" Said Sigil, not to sure what she ment exactly by "relative".

no one answers Sigil. As if they hadn't even heard him. He hears a lound sigh.

"RELIC!!!" A voice from behind calls and for some reason the voice seems awfully familiar.

Sigil turns to see a dragoness with dark blue eyes, deep blue scales, and a slender but muscular body. She is out of breath and looks exhausted, yet she runs past Sigil and over to Relic and the others.

"Legend what have you got for us today?" Tamarisk asks with a smile on his face.

"He was-he-he-"Legend stutters, with an- out of breath tone.

"Spit it out Legend." Scratch demands but in a softer voice than Sigil would have expected.

"Chased out of the-the kingdom. Came...fast...could, Need water." Legend collapses to the floor eyes closed and breathing heavily.

Scratch rolls her eyes and is handed a cup of water by Renexel. She then walks over to Legend and pours the water into her mouth.

"He's been chased out of the city, who knows where he is now. He could be a prisoner for all we know." Renexel said with a sigh and a growl of frustration.

"Well, we will be going back to camp we better discuss these matters with the higher ranks. Shade is going to be pissed about this." Tamarisk replies covering his face with his wings.

"Sigil, do you have anything of your brothers or something that belongs to him by any chance?" Scratch asks scanning his body.

"No, not really." Sigil lies. Wraithscreamer had given him his family's dagger, which she had stolen from Glyph. "Wait why?"

"You are lying. I can tell when you are," Relic sighs. "The dagger, can I see it?"

"Why?" Sigil growls holding the dagger close to his chest.

"Your brother has left your kingdom I need to know where he is!" Relic answers reaching for the dagger. Sigil pulls it away, but Tamarisk pulls it out of is claws and hands her the dagger.

"Hey!" Sigil growls with frustration.

Relic takes the dagger in her two claws the blade pointing down. She closes her eyes and gasps. Her head jerks back with her eyes wide open.

"Wha- shh-" Sigil starts and then is cut off by Tamarisk telling him to be quite.

Relic drops the dagger with a loud cry. Her wings tremble and her talons shake violently. Tamarisk and Renexel start near her and help her with her balance.

"What is?" They both ask anxiously.

"The Icewings have him now."

"WHAT!" Scratch roars with fury and wrath. "THAT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!!"

_____________

After a long explanation to what on earth Glyph and Sigil had to do, with them, they left for the main base.

It took a day just to get to the camp, but the group of dragons decided to make no stops. Legend was being carried along on Tamarisk back. This was surprising that he could stand her weight that long.

When they arrived it was late in the night and is had started to storm in the near the Sky kingdom. The camp was a huge, gigantic cave in the middle of the mountains. It had been dug out and thick stone walls surround them. From a distance it was hard to see if there was a cave there but there truly was and it was well hidden.

The cave has many winding halls with dragons going left and right. Sigil had to duck his head otherwise his horns would be scraping the top of the cave.

"Is this it?" Sigil mumbles with his neck getting tired.

"Yeah just hang on one second." Renexel answers.

The group stops at a large opening that leads into a huge room. Stalagmites surround parts of the ground where as stalactites hang from the ceiling. Dragons sell daggers, poisons, swords, and jewels all around them.

Skywings, Nightwings, Sandwings, Mudwings and even a few Ice, Sea, and Rainwings fill the large room. Three dragons stand out the most. Sitting together looking as if they were all anxiously waiting for someone.

The Icewing's tail moves frantically around almost hitting a few dragons. The dark blue Icewing looks around the room side to side then looking straight at Sigil then the group. As well as a deeply colored and handsome Sandwing who gives Sigil a grim look before spotting who he was looking for.

"Oh look my brother is waiting for you." Scratch growls under her breath shooting a dangerously hostile glance at Relic.

"Wisp!" Relic exclaims before running towards the three dragons sitting in the middle of the room.

Relic throws her wings around the smaller Icewing hugging him tightly; the both of them together look like very much alike. With the same Wisp White scales, blue freckles, and body shape.

Tamarisk notice Sigil watching the four dragons curiously, he then tells him their names. "The dragon she's hugging, her brother Wisp. The pissed off looking Sandwing Nightwing hybrid, Vanderell, Scratch's young brother. Then we have Xondveera, Scratch's half-brother. Come on," Tamarisk beckons him over to the four dragons with Relic still hugging her brother.

"Relic...you can let go of me now." Wisp laughs. She pulls back and glances at the two others with smiles.

"I missed you." She says smiling looking at the others that surrounded her.

"Relic, we were only gone for five days." Said Tamarisk rolling his eyes but laughing.

"Who's that?" Xondveera asks biding his head at Sigil.

"This is Sigil." Tamarisk replies then leaning in and whispering something to the three dragons which seem to catch their attention.

"Sssso, where's his brother?" Vanderell hissed, with a voice that makes Sigil wince, It had reminded him of Renegade, yet Vanderell's voice is soothing and has a charming sound to it.

"Well if there is one thing for sure, his brother managed to escape more like getting himself chased out of the night-kingdom; then straight into getting captured by the icewing palace guards, up near Fort Zahara-ÞællinæfR,"Said a quiet, calm, sinister voice of Wraithscreamer, who walks into the cave like tavern full of assassins; eyeing Sigil and Tamarisk with a grin on her face. "Well, well it's been a while Sigil since I last saw you, how did you do on your first assignment?" Wraithscreamer said, while taking off her black-clawless gloves that had blood stains on them.

Wraith eyes Sigil very interested in what he has to say, not paying attention to Tamarisk right next to him.

"W-Well I killed the queen and princess along with my mother and anyone else who got in my way." Sigil said, being very proud of it.

"Don't let that one success go to your head now," Tamarisk says while patting Sigil's back with his right wing. "When will Sigil start his training?" ask Tamarisk. "Oh that? He starts first thing at the rising peak of the full moons in the Shrouded Mist Grove ; Sigil will also be leaving your care to join the Shrouded council first thing in the morning." Wraith says while lifting her shroud over her face before disappearing into the crowd of merchants and drunkards in the cave.
