Its the middle of the ninja war, and a lot of things have happened...
ALOT
but right now at this moment I cant believe im actually doing this..
but I have to its the right thing to do..
...
"whew, that's the last of them for now." says kiba as he sits down petting Akamaru
"we should all have a rest for a bit to gain energy,"
"my bugs will let me know if something is near." adds Shino
"that's a good idea." I say quietly
we all lied down against something.
Shino used his bugs as a pillow (gross)
Kiba used akamaru as a pillow,
and I sat against a tree
We all fell asleep within seconds, considering we've been fighting all afternoon.
...
I gently flickered my eyes opened.
everyone was still asleep,
'I wonder how long we've been out for' I thought
I looked up to see the sun was almost gone
'guess ill let them sleep, but I guess I better scout the area just in case something happened to shinos bugs'
I pushed myself off the ground with my palms, and quietly rubbed off all the dirt on the back of my pants. When I was finished I focused straight in front of me, then said
"Byakugan." quietly so I wouldn't wake them up.
I didn't see a thing, everywhere I looked there was no trace of someone their
but then...
I looked behind me..
"this cant be real." I said out loud
"no way,"
"Sasuke cant actually."
'be dying' I thought
but he was actually not moving at all.
he was just lying there in a pool of blood, as it also came out his mouth...
I don't know why,
but I grabbed my bag and ran.
I ran toward Sasuke.
I knew I should've told kiba and shino, but I couldn't stop.
I had to save him.
I had to save Sasuke..
