My problems with Harry Potter and Percy Jackson Crossovers. Not all of these are referring to one fanfiction, just different types.
-Harry is an arrogant jerk
-Percy acts like a baby
-Hermione has a crush on Percy
-Ron/Harry think they can steal Annabeth from Percy
-Everyone goes to Hogwarts with Percy
-The gods pretty much revel themselves to the whole wizarding world
-The Seven die
-Percabeth breaks up
-Percy and Harry are somehow related. (How the Hades could they be twins if Percy's dads is a god?)
-cliché
-Harry thinks that Percy and crew are death eaters because (in some fanfics) Percy is Voldemort's grandson
-OCs. I despise OCs
-Cursing
-Chapters that go as followed:
1. A/N
2. A/N
3. Chapter 1
4. I got tagged
5. Chapter 2
6. Discontinued
7. A/N
- Punctuation. If you want to write, you may as well do it right
-Short, ten sentence chapters
-When authors rush through the story
-When they copy the book word for word
-Hermione figures out they are demigods. Ex:
Oh my god. Percy speaks Greek. He has one parent. HE MUST BE A DEMIGOD BECAUSE THE ANCIENT GREEK WORLD MUST STILL BE ALIVE!
-Describing outfits. (This applies to all fanfics but who cares if Annabeth is wearing a grey blouse, owl earnings with green eyes, blue jeans, an owl necklace, and black converse?
In case you guys haven't noticed, Uncle Rick doesn't described outfits with that much detail. He would say: Annabeth was wearing a grey shirt with her favorite earings.
-ORBS
-The Stolls and Katie become main characters even though they were mentioned only a few times in the books
-This list shouldn't be this long
