Accidental Alpha

Chapter One

We just left the mall with the car littered with multiple shopping bags, for our spring break trip and my girls and I are heading home.
My best friend was driving and scared the shit out of me as she starts yelling on top of her lungs. " There is a bug and it landed in my hair, get it out, get it out" She screams.
"Calm down, Lulu I will get the damn bug but you have to hold still." I yell.
As I am trying to grab the bug to throw out the window, the car swerves right and then left. Next thing I know is my face is against the windshield like a bug. Holy cannoli we hit a car. " Lulu you hit another car what are ya gonna do now because you still have a bug in your hair." I say laughing hysterically.
Lulu starts screaming again and jumps out of the car and starts flailing around. "Mind telling me what she is doing?" Asked Selena. She was in the backseat with Nikki fast asleep until the accident. Lulu's dad is going to be so mad, this is her third accident.
"She has a bug in her hair and you know how much bugs terrify her!" I say laughing.
We are werewolves, how can you be scared of bugs?

As we are sitting in the car, the other car with two gorgeous guys start to file out with big smiles on their faces due to the scene my best friend is making. She looks like she is doing the hokey pokey with a little seizure action.
Man, the whole other car is filled with three of the best looking men I have ever seen. They start talking with Lulu and she starts yelling at them "This is all your fault if you would have been watching where you were going my car wouldn't have the front end smashed in, what the hell were you thinking? Apparently had a lot on your mind not paying attention to your driving." Then one guy speaks up " Me not watching where I was going? That is crap and you know it, you were swerving all over the place and I had nowhere else to go and you ran right into my car!"
Oh boy, this is going to get ugly fast! Lulu is never in the wrong and I mean never. One time she spilled a whole pitcher of Kool-aid on my dad, who is the Alpha of our pack, and pointed the finger at me and said I pushed her. My dad was so angry we both got grounded for a week. My dad is usually pretty easy going but that day he was dressed up to meet with a neighboring pack and of course running late as usual.
All of a sudden Lulu turned around and looked right at me. "Tori, get your sweet butt out here now!" She yelled at me. I didn't like when she bossed me around but she was my best friend with a few faults I tolerated.
I opened my door to step out when the most delicious smell hit me, honeysuckle and a masculine woodsy scent I couldn't describe. I took a step around the car towards Lulu when out of nowhere the hottie that was driving was right in front of me. "Mate" he whispered softly. Oh crap, I am not ready for a mate, I am only 20 and still want to have some fun. I couldn't even look up into his eyes so I kept my head down and took a step around him to keep walking towards Lulu.
"What did he just say to you?" Asked Lulu. I whisper "nothing". "What is the problem here Lulu?" She started to rant and rave about who's fault it was and how arrogant the driver was. She told me to explain how it was not her fault and how we were in a hurry to get home pack to head out for spring break.
"My mate will not be leaving, she will be staying with me!" Man is he arrogant! " I will be doing no such thing, we have been planning this trip for months, we will be leaving today!" I say exasperated.
"Mate?" Lulu asks. "Yeah, this big jerk thinks I'm his mate!"
"This big jerks name is Xavier and he is my best friend, my name is Benson." He exclaimed.
"I don't care what his name is. We need to get going, do you think the car is drivable?" I stammer.
Xavier grabbed my waist and pulled me close to him. I put my hands on his rock hard oh so delicious chest to push away but he had a strong grip on me. "Some guys from my pack should be here soon to help push your car off the sidewalk, then you can call someone to pick it up so to answer your question it is not drivable." He explained. Man his voice could draw me in. "We will drive you home then Tori can pack a bag to come home with me." Before I could respond with hell no Benson spoke up "how about we go on spring break with them and then you and Tori can get to know each other better."
"Oh, my this is going to be fun, huh Tori?" Lulu laughed. "They are not going on our vacation and that is final." I state.  I look over and the nerve of that jerk is grinning like he has a secret.

Lulu and I sit on the curb next to her car.  I am fuming over the arrogance of this wolf, he is the most pompous, controlling, oh so beautiful mate but I am not ready and don't think I will be for a long while.  Some wolves don't find their mate for years and enjoy the time that they do have. I look over at Xavier and he is staring right at me while he talks to the wolf that just showed up with another car behind him.  Lulu stands up and walks to her car to get all the shopping bags and turns around and looks at me "I guess our ride is here."  I look right back and state " I am walking home."  I know in my heart I don't have time to walk or getting close to not being able to finish packing because our private jet will be getting ready to take off.

I walk to the first car as slow as molasses, Lulu was already in the front seat in the middle next to another gorgeous wolf.  What kinda pack does these beautiful wolves come from. I head to the back seat and slide in next to Benson who hasn't stopped grinning since Xavier declared me as his mate. Another wolf slides next to me and shuts the door.  "Are Selena and Nikki in the other car?" I ask. The wolf grunts out a yes. Xavier gets in the front seat next to Lulu growling. It happened so fast I can't wrap my head around it but now I am in the front seat on Xavier's lap molded into his rock hard body with a strong arm around me holding on.  I start to struggle as I get my bearings and a growl comes out of his mouth with a very serious "You're mine and you will stay still or I will lose my temper." I hear Lulu giggle and think to myself I am going to kill her.  I sit still for the rest of the ride. I think I can get used to this, no no no what am I thinking.  I turn off my thoughts as fast as I can.

We are dropped off at the pack house and my dad is standing outside with a look of disappointment on his face.  I am having a really bad day meeting my mate, disappointing my father definitely on a path of destruction.  I can not wait to get on that plane and have a week full of sun and alcohol.
