i finally told my mom about you.
it wasn’t like i was avoiding it, i just hadn’t seen her in a while.
school’s been harder than i anticipated i guess.
she said that i shouldn’t get my hopes up, that you wouldn’t really want to be with someone like me.
i think i might believe her.
