Chapter 10: The Double D

     "What sick person would do this?" Coco asked.
     "Monokuma," Ryan replied, "but he does need someone to controller him..."
     "We need to get out of here." I said.
     "How?" Angelly asked.
     To be honest, I had no idea how. But we needed to before one of us desires to kill another, or all of us at once.
     "We need to figure out how," I said finally, "maybe we can check in the information room."
     "All the cabinets are locked," Marvin said, "we need to get Monokuma there, but we already did this to him, so we can't do it again."
     "Then we're pretty much screwed." Brian said.
     "No, we're not," I said, "there has to be a way."
     "Hey," Coco said, "maybe if we get Monokuma into a wager, he might let us go, if, that is, if we win."
     "Ohh," Monkuma was on the loudspeaker, "I like the sound of that."
     "Then what should we wager on?" Abate asked.
     "Your lives," Monokuma said, "if I win. But your freedom, if I lose."
     "This is tough," Marvin said, "is it worth it."
     "I would never give myself up!" Destiny wined.
     "But the rest of us want to live," Coco said, "anyone agree with me?"
     We all rose our hand, except Destiny. "Ugh, fined." She rose her hand.
     "Then it's decided." I said.
     "Indeed it is," Monokuma said, "let it commence!"
     "Wait," Angelly screamed, "what are we suppose to do?"
     "Oh," Monokuma said, "everyone report to the gym, now!"

     We all walked into the gym, excited and nervous for his challenge.
     "Welcome, welcome," he said, "ready for your challenge."
     "Give it to us!" Brian yelled.
     "You must find out," the lights turned off and the sound of a drum roll came from the loudspeaker, then a spotlight shined on him, "why you are here!"
     "What," Destiny said, "but you like, brainwashed us!"
     "To be fair," Monokuma said, "I'll unlock everything that is locked!"
     We all smiled. We might be actually be getting out of here
     "But you have I time limit," Monokuma said, "starting tomorrow, at 11 a.m., you will have 2 hours! Enjoy the rest of the day!" Monokuma vanished in a cloud of smoke. The lights turned back on.
     "Well," Marvin said, "I'm going to the garden, who wants to come with me?"
     "I'll tag along." Coco said.
     "I'll come to," I said, "but I need to use the bathroom. I'll meet you guys there."
     "Okay," Coco said, "sounds great!"

     I washed my hands, and headed out of the bathroom. But I was stopped on the way there by Ryan.
     "Hey dude." Ryan said.
     "Hey," I said, "wasup?"
     "I'm telling everyone this. There are no more floors to the school. The one that just opened up was the last one."
     "Oh, okay. Well, see you later!"
     "Okay, bye!"
     We fist bumped and we went our separate ways. I walked all the way up to the last floor.
     "Marvin," I called, "Coco? Where are you guys?" Then I saw it.
     Coco was barely floating in the mini pond, blood surrounded her. I ran to her.
     "Coco," I screamed, "what happened? Are you okay?" I knew she wasn't, I just didn't want to believe it.
     I touched her lifeless body, then I pulled her to the grass, she was dead. Who did this to her? The only person here was..."
     "Marvin," I took out my pocket knife, "where are you? What did you do? Marvin?"
     The only place he could of hid was in the tool shed. I slowly walked up to it, I went to the other side of the door. I counted to 3, then I swiftly opened it. Nothing happened. I snuck a peek and I saw Marvin sitting on the floor, dead. He was holding his fidget spinner in his right hand. There were tears on his face. And a knife, sticking out of his belly. It was horrific. 2 deaths in one day. Who did this? I ran to get the others.
     "Guys," I screamed, running down the stairs, "I need help! Coco and Marvin, they're, they're dead!"
     Everyone was having dinner, leftovers. They all stopped eating and looked at me.
     "What happened," Angelly asked, "you look like you've seen a ghost. Did you?"
     "No," I said, "it's, it's Coco, and Marvin, they're dead."

     When we walked in the garden Monokuma was on the loudspeaker, "Ding dong ding! A body has been found!"
     "Oh no," Brian ran to Coco, but she was already dead, "what the hell happened?"
     "I don't know," I said, "I walked in here after using the bathroom, then I saw Coco barley floating in the water, she was stabbed on the stomach, like Marvin. I found him in the tool shed.
     We walked to the tool shed and Monokuma was on the loudspeaker again, "Ding dong ding! A body has been found!"
     "2 people dead," Brian said, "who could've done this?"
     "I thought it was Marvin at first," I said, "but then I found him dead in the shed."
     Abbate eyed me suspiciously, "You sure you don't know anything?"
     "No," I said, "I already told you that!"
     "Hey," Ryan moved in between us, "let's not fight! We don't need more people dead! Look, let's try to get along and look for clues." He looked at Marvin once more and started to tear up
     I understood Ryan. We 3 were best friends. But when Marvin died, I only have Ryan. He was my only friend here. Coco, I think, was starting to become friends. But I have to escape with everyone, before the last of my friends die off. But this was going to be tough. 2 deaths, who killed them? We have to figure this out, or we were all going to be punished.
