PONYS POV "Hey Mickey can I walk Johnny to the lot?" I asked after Two-bit left us.
"Yea be careful and come straight home after" Mickey told me sternly.
When Mickey left me and Johnny walked to the lot.
We sat down and talked.
"Pony I don't know how much longer I can do this" Johnny said putting his head in his hands.

"Hey Johnny it's ok hey it's ok" I said going and sitting by Johnny putting my arms around his shoulders laying next to him.
Then I fell into a deep sleep.
I woke up to see I fell asleep in the lot. "Damnit" I whispered
"Johnny wake up we fell asleep" I said waking Johnny up.
"What time is it?" I asked Johnny.
"I don't know I fell asleep to" Johnny said.
"I got to go" I said getting up. "Darry is gonna kill me" I told him .
"If you get cold come to our house". I told Johnny.
"Thanks" Johnny said.
"What's Darry gonna say?" I asked myself when walking .
I got home and the lights were on.
I opened the door to see Darry, soda, and Mickey in the living room.
Darry hung up the phone.
"Where the hell have you been?" Darry asked.
"It's 2 in the morning kiddo" Darry said.
"Yea Pony I told you to come right home after" Mickey said laying her head back on Soda's lap.
"I fell asleep in the lot talking to Johnny" I said going to the bathroom.
MICKEYS POV
Pony walked in and it was 2 am and Darry got off the phone with Two-bits parents.
As soon as he hung up pony boy walked in.
"Where the hell have you been?" Darry asked.
"It's almost 2 in the morning kiddo" Darry added.
"Ya Pony I said to come home stright after." I added.
"I fell asleep in the lot talking to Johnny" Pony said walking to the bathroom.
Darry and Soda got up.
Darry pushed he bathroom door open.
"Hey and I couldn't even call the cops they would put you three in homes so fast it would make your head spin." Darry yelled.
"Come on Pony lets go to bed" I said to him getting off the couch
"Hey I said I'm sorry ok" Pony said.
"I'm sorry I forgot that's all I ever hear from you " Darry yelled.
"Come on Darry" Soda said. "He is a kid let him be " I said. "Shut up you too I'm sick of you guys sticking up for him " Darry yelled at us. " Don't talk to them like that" Pony yelled.
Then Darry did something I never thought he would do he pushed me into the door then grabbed Pony and slapped him. Pony fell to the ground.

I looked at Darr with shock and pony then got up and ran out of the house.
"Ponyboy I didn't mean too" Darry shouted we all rushed towards the door Pony ran out of too see pony runing down the street.
I went inside thinking about what happend a minute ago.
"I'm sorry Mickey" Darry said looking at me . I just went to the couch with Soda and put my head back on his lap As I put my head on Soda's lap I started thinking about where Pony went and how he is out at night all alone .
