I felt my lips up against his, my stress floated away into thin air. It felt too good to be true, but that was just the problem. in the distance I keep hearing "wake up wake up Brea, don't make me come up there!". My head popped up lighten speed I just knew it was too good to be true. I heard my mom again, but this time I also heard foot steps coming towards my room. I screamed at her that I'm awake, but I heard no answer. It was strange, but I thought nothing of it. I looked at the clock and panicked it was almost time for me to get out side for the bus. I popped off my bed and got ready for the day. I went down stairs and couldn't find my mom I just thought she might of already gone to work.

When I went out the door I saw the bus coming down the street I thanked God that I didn't miss it. As I was riding on the bus I thought about how my mom wasn't home when I went down stairs and about how I didn't hear the door shut, then I realized she doesn't have a job. I started to freak out, but I thought to myself she must of went to the store or something. I had to calm myself down. When I got to school I realized I forgot my lunch so I went to the office to call my mom, but when I called her she didn't answer. I again didn't think anything of it.

When it got closer to lunch I went to the office again to call my mom, there was no answer, but again I thought nothing of it. The office gave me a lunch-able.later I keep thinking of why my mom wouldn't answer, but then I thought she must of left her phone at home or something.

When I got home I noticed her car was home so I ran inside and screamed for her to come down here. I heard no answer so I screamed again this time I heard a noise I thought it was my mom so I ran up stairs, then realized it came from my room. It felt as if my heart dropped to my feet. I started walking slowly towards my room step by step little by little slowly reaching my room. When I got to my room I started slowly reaching for the door knob squinting my eyes as if when I opened the door it would protect me. I felt the cold metal door knob as my fingers slowly touched it. Chills ran straight through my body as if the cool winter breeze brushed against me.

Here I was standing holding the doorknob thinking I was alone, but was I really. I was scared to even twist the doorknob. My fear grew ten times the amount in about a second of touching the door. I thought about taking my hand away from it, but I said as I turn it "What doesn't kill me just makes me stronger I have to stand a little taller." I pushed the door open to find a note and the window open. The cool fall breeze hit me it felt like more than just a breeze it felt like someone shot me right in the head. I fell to the ground with panic, I didn't know what to do!

I got up off the ground tears of fear ran off my face I didn't even bother wiping them off, I knew there was going to be more. I looked around then I saw the note I picked it up carefully as if I didn't I would die. It was nicely folded and put on my bed like they knew they would have had time to do so. I opened the note trying not to cry but more tears came rushing down my face like a water fall. Only a few got on the note as I opened it with fear. When I opened it I noticed a strange smell kinda pleasant, but then every thing in the world started to spin and fade into darkness.
