This story will be the continuation of the chapter in my other book "So You Say She's Just A Friend". I've decided that in this story, it will start where the Tournament of Nations just ended and playoffs are starting in three weeks. The Dash have clinched a spot along with the Red Stars, the Thorns, and the Courage. I wanted make a separate book about Andressa and Moe because a lot of people have been requesting it, so they shall receive ❤. Enjoy.

7:13 am// Moe and Lydia's house

Andressa sat on the counter top in the kitchen as Moe stood in front of her scrunching her face. It was the morning after the two had just flown back from international duty. Moe, Carli, and Jane got back to Houston just late last night while Andressa and Bruna came in yesterday afternoon.

"How did someone manage to cleat you this hard it made this huge of a bruise?" Moe asks with concern. She lightly touches the purple blotch on the side of Andressa's thigh and shakes her head.

"We were training and Tamires slide into me," the Brazilian replies as she looks down on to the bruise herself, wincing. "It's nothing."

Moe walks over to the Van Gundy's refrigerator and grabs an ice pack out of the freezer. She walks back to her girlfriend and carefully places it on the contusion, "This should help."

Andressa clenches her jaw at the touch but eases into a smile, placing her hand on top of Morgan's.

"How was camp??" Andy speaks up.

"Oh it was super fun. It felt good to be reunited the girls again and of course a lot of pranks," Moe shakes her head. "I can't say I'm ready for international play again but I'm working on it. Jill and Dawn evaluated me through out the two weeks and I thought it went okay. Then before we left L.A. Kelley, Mal, Lindsey, Allie, Sam, Kriegy, Alex, and I went to Griffith Park to hike the trails and the Hollywood sign was amazing. We were there for like four hours and it was tiring. We had to leave for our flight later on and it ended up being delayed for 5 hours. By then, my phone already died and I remembered I accidentally placed it in my luggage bag where they already took it."

"Was the plane ride good?" Andressa asks.

"I was fast asleep the entire time. We got here at like 11:30 pm last night. "I had to use someone else's phone to call Lydia to pick me up from the airport."

"Do you need more sleep?" the Brazilian questions.

"Nah, I slept a decent amount. I'd rather be here talking to you anyways," Moe mentions.

"I missed you," the smaller player shyly admits.

Moe looks up and grins, "Two weeks was too long. I'm sorry, I should've taken you out somewhere but a couple of my friends from LA wanted to see me before our game against you guys. I also figured you would have wanted to hang out with some of the people on your team more since you haven't seem them in while."

Andy shakes her head, "Don't be sorry. We are back together here in Houston. Everyday, me and my teammates were bonding in the hotel and at the beach. It was beautiful."

Moe tenses up the moment Andy mention her teammates. It was only a couple weeks after their fight over Andressa kissing her ex and Moe tried her best to forget the whole situation. With all the instagram posts and stories Moe saw of them all hanging out, it was tough to let it go but she knew Andressa. She isn't the type to hurt someone ever, not intentionally.

"Next time we're in the West coast, I'll definitely take you to all the beaches and boardwalks. I could maybe even teach you how to surf," Moe winks, trying to lighten the mood.
