This is How it Began?

December 2016

I look at him,
I look at his eyes,
I got lost
Immediately,
...this is awkward isn't it...
I'm just staring at him...
As to not be awkward
I introduced myself,
I introduced myself on a school bus,
Not even my own bus...
Not exactly where you'd expect to meet the love of your life right?
Though love wouldn't happen immediately,
Love doesn't appear out of thin air,
But most friendships do...
And that's what happened,
Friendship,
He's my best friend,
Completely different people,
But yet alike,
I spent almost every day with him,
I spent as much time as I could with the curly haired brown eyed boy,
I never wanted to leave him
I loved being with him ,
And so it began...
Oddly enough,
It began with his bus becoming mine.
