"Darling." I felt a hand grab my arm and pull me to them. I looked at them to see it was my fiancée. He motioned for me to sit on his lap and I obliged while looking around to see other girls being manhandled by the knights at this party. I'm in an arranged marriage with Nicholas, the kings' most trusted knight. Nicholas is a party drunk, and when I don't do what he says when drunk he gets abusive.
I heard new voices and saw what looked like brothers walk in. I looked to the 2 men and saw 1 of them glaring at the knight I'm sitting on. The one that is glaring looks devilishly handsome and seems tall. From what I can see he has dirty blonde hair and dark blue/green eyes. The other man that I am guessing is his brother is the same height with brown hair and hazel eyes, he seems like an honourable person.
"Calamity." I heard Nicholas say.
I turned my head to look at Nicholas,"Ye-" As soon as I turned my head he started kissing me and feeling me up, I struggled against him while his friends cheered. Suddenly I was ripped from Nicholas and the man with the blonde hair had him against a wall. I turned to see who grabbed me and saw it was the other man. I looked shocked at what has happened.
The one that grabbed me looked down at me and back to the other male who had Nicholas against a wall. I didn't know what to do. "Get off me." Nicholas spat.
"That's no way to treat a lady."
"She is no lady." The man grabbed his throat choking him. I struggled against the man holding me trying to get to the other man.
"Stop!" I yelled out, the man slowly turned his head to me and let go of Nicholas.
He turned and looked back at him. "You will not touch this woman ever again, you will not think or dream about her. If you so do, I will kill you." He growled at Nicholas, I could tell he wasn't kidding with the threat. He nodded his head and the man came over to us, while the man holding me let go.
"Niklaus-" The man with the brown hair said but got cut off by the man I now know as Niklaus.
"Don't lecture me, brother." He looked down at me smiling. "Hello Love, I'm Niklaus, and this here is Elijah." I nodded my head smiling.
"Calamity Hale." I told them. Niklaus smirked at me while Elijah smiled.

"Calamity, hurry up!" Stefan yelled from outside my door.
"Yeah, yeah. Give me a sec." I told him as I put on my shoes. I walked to my door and opened it to see Stefan there. "Where's Damon?" He walked away and I followed to see Damon in a towel freshly out of the shower and we both leant against his doorway.
"Morning." I smiled at him in acknowledgement.
"You're late. We're supposed to meet Bonnie at the old witch house in 10 minutes." Stefan told him.
