Chapter 6: Good friends

Emilio's POV:
Last night was a blur I don't know what happened but I remember going to Tessa and giving her the box of chocolates. Not only did I do that but I stayed with her till she was asleep. I was for a moment in love. She hugged me tight and wouldn't let go.
"I'm always here for you Tessa" I whispered to her even though I knew she was asleep. It was a good night.
I just wanted to know if she was safe, I know I'm not her boyfriend or anything but it really hit me that she was basically getting cheated on. Chance had been playing with girls while he had been dating Tessa and as good friends it was our duty to keep his secret. All those clubs at night, Chance making out sometimes hooking up. We all kept it because we were good friends. But was Chance a good friend to Tessa? All these thoughts were jumping in my head. But what is there for us to do now?

The team 10 house was wide-awake because today was a huge day. It was the team 10 Road Trip. Every year Team 10 go on a road trip to a beach house and spend a few days back in the beach.
"I absolutely cannot wait for this day!" Exclaimed Erika
"She's been packing since last week. We'll be having a load of luggage." Replies Jake as Erika punches him in the arm.
Anthony, Erika and Jake all broke into to laughter the next minute. Out the stairs entered Emilio and Tessa. They were talking and chatting about the road trip. As they were talking they heard footsteps behind them. Tessa looked behind and it was Chance. Chance was on his phone texting someone, he squished in between Emilio and Tessa and walked off smiling at the texts.
"Just ignore him" Said Emilio as Chance had walked past them.
"Ignoring him is my specialty" replied Tessa putting an eyebrow up.
Emilio looked over at Chance and had an emotionless face just staring at Chance.

Sammy's POV:
I haven't stopped thinking about Chance at all. Ever since that day we met at the fair I couldn't resist thinking about him. I heard he was going on a road trip today with his team 10 group. I don't know how long he'll be gone but I just wanted to give him a one last goodbye before he goes. I thought what not better to call him? Maybe even Face time. So that is what I did, I got my phone out and face timed Chance.

Chance's POV:
I had been texting some of my bros from high school scheduling our high school get together. I was just about to pop my phone in my back pocket until a face time request came from Sammy. My smile went wider by the minute, I obviously accepted.
"What you doing sunshine" –Chance
"Saying goodbye to you. Have fun at your beach house" –Sammy
"Oh yeah that, thanks ill surely be missing you pumpkin!" –Chance
"Hahaha only of I could come." –Sammy
"Mmh, wait maybe you can!" –Chance
"No chance it's oh-" –Sammy
Before Sammy could say her sentence I zoomed off to the office to meet Jake.
"Yo jake can we talk? I asked
"Sure bro what's up" he replied
"Hey I was wondering if I could take Sammy on the road trip with us?" I asked
"Oh man ya know what? Sure I feel like this girl has really changed you. I kind of see it. Promise me one thing though." Said Jake
"Yeah sure anything!" I exclaimed
"You won't make her your toy and treat her the way you did to Tessa." He said
I look him in the eye and said
"I promise"
Next we hugged and Anthony joined us in. I felt a whole again and then the twins joined
"Hug time!" They screamed
I finally felt me. Just normal. Old Chance. Myself Chance. We were all laughing.

Tessa was coming down the stairs to enter the office until  she saw Emilio, Ivan, Jake and Anthony piled on hugging Chance. She lifted an eyebrow up and truss walking past them holding her grin. As she was walking a hand joins her hand. She looked over to see it was Emilio. Emilio signalled Tessa to join the hug as he signalled her he whispered
"Give him a chance" with a wink.
Tessa nodded and joined the hug. Seconds later The whole of team 10 were in a huge group hug. Suddenly Chance coughed and broke the hug.
"If you all don't mind. I still haven't finished packing" he said rushing off.
As Jake and some members laughed.

On the road

"I feel it coming, I feel it coming" sang Tessa as the radio played I feel it coming. The members were singing  along and having a great blast as Jake was driving to the beach house and of course vlogging. Erika had opened one of the windows and leap lead her head out.
"Woohoo! Beach house here we come!" She yelled popping her hands up. Sooner the rest had taken turns leaping there heads out and in general having a blast. Without them knowing it had already been a hour.
"One hour and 30 minutes to go!" Said Chad pointing his phone up.
"Lezzzzzz go!!" Yelled Jake.
The members were all having a blast. Some had drove off to sleep while some were up either vlogging, eating, playing on phones and other things. Tessa, Emilio and Ivan were sitting up in the front. Tessa had drifted off to sleep, her head was on Emilio's shoulder and his head was on top of hers. They were comfortable in the position and had drifted to a peaceful sleep.
Jake was looking back to tell the crew that they were going to have a bumpy ride for the next 5 minutes. But he was interrupted to see everyone sleeping and Tessa with Emilio head on head.

Jake's POV:
As much as I wanted to I couldn't and I wouldn't zoom into Tessa and Emilio. Fans have already taken so much with Chance and Tessa don't think they would want to see Tessa with Emilio seeming as if she was a player. I The decided to just clog normally pretending that I don't know what's happening between Tessa and Emilio. But seriously I don't.
"Okay guys right now some of the members are sleeping some with there own business but right now we are going to HONK them awake" I said to the vlog as I honked the car.
"Welcome Team 10 we have arrived!" I yelled as everyone took their bags and hopped off the car.

They were all walking over to the security line to get thee bags checked and to enter the house as the lined up, Anthony kept looking at Emilio sometimes even Tessa. He kept glaring until Emilio caught him. Anthony quickly looked away and pretended to be on his phone. Emilio walked over to Anthony to question him.

Anthony's POV:
I could see Emilio looking at me as I had been looking at him. I quickly took my eyes off him and pretended to be on my phone. From the corner of my eye I could see Emilio coming towards me, I gulped and continued to go on my phone. The next second he was right in front of me.
"What's up man?" He said
"Yo, Martinez! Nothing why?" I said unbalanced with my words
"I caught you starring at me. Why may I ask?" He questioned
I couldn't take it anymore, I took my therapists advice and went for the truth.
"Last night. You, Tessa in the room." I said as the rest of the gang were still checking in security.
"Bro you know we are just friends. I went to comfort her.." he replied
"Okay. But dude look if you hurt her I swear" I said.
"Chill. Chill. I'm not her boyfriend that you give me lectures we are just friends" Emilio said patting me on the back.
"Right. But if you ever be more than that keep those words in mind" I said lifting an eyebrow up.
"I'm your man" he said.
We both hugged it out and soon it was my turn for the check.

Soon everyone's bags were checked in. Now it was time for the room bookings.
"So for our rooms we will be needing two people sharing a room as well as  a bathroom. It will be a luxury size room and there will be everything provided for two people. Including additional beds if needed" Said one of the staffs at the beach house.
"Please line up in two rows next to your roommate. So we can give you both the room card and room number." Said another staff.
Emilio needed to rush off to the toilet so he rushed to the nearest one. Everyone was already in a line next to there room mate. As soon as Emilio and back Ivan was paired with Chad. Which left Emilio to be with..
