I'm sure you're all wondering 'what's so special about hitting little plastic balls with a racket?' and I wonder the same thing myself.
You see, many people play a sport for fun or to either be the best at it or to make a living.
But for me, I play because it's not played by many.
In my school, approximately 15 out of over 2000 people play it.
And I am one of those 15.
You may think that I chose it because, as you can tell, hardly anyone plays it but you're wrong.
The fact that not many play it doesn't mean that I have a greater chance of being the best, well, I guess it does, but it also means that those other 14 are the best at the school and they will be harder to beat.
So why would I still want to play with the try hards, you ask.
The answer is simple.
No matter what it is, I want to be the one who is above everyone else.
'I'm greedy that way', if you get the anime reference.
