As I felt the ground shake and hear the last gun shot ring through the silence, I fall to the ground. I feel the wet ground under my cut knees and the wetness on my cheeks. I don't care though, as I kneel there and look at the scene in front of me. With all the strength I can muster I stand and run like if I'm too slow I'll be killed. I run to the only person that matters in my life.

I fall to the ground in front of his limp and muscular body. As I kneel in front of him I lift his head and gently put it onto my lap and feel his damp and soft hair on my thighs. I lean down and for the last time plant a kiss on his forehead. As I finally feel all the pain rush to me like a bullet. I cry and lean my head up to the sky. As I look at the sky I yell the only thing I can think to yell. "why him? why not me?!" I scream so loud my throat hurt knowing that no one can hear me no matter how loud I am. I look down at him and bend my head down to whisper in his ear even though it will never be heard. "I love you, and don't worry I will never break my promise to you."

Suddenly I feel a strong arm grab my shoulder and a soft but husky voice say "Sky wake up." I shot up and stare out the window at the dark and mysterious forest. The same forest I go to for refuge when I feel my life killing me. "Sis are you okay? what happened in your dream?" he asked. He, yes He asked. I turn and jump into his arms and squeezed his neck so hard that i'm sure if I squeezed any harder I would hurt him. "well hello to you too." he spoke in his usual sarcastic tone. "I love you so, so much do you know that Asher?" I whispered into his ear.
