Willie's POV:

School had just let out and i was happy about that, i went over to my job after that and got started helping the owner and some employees sell of some cars. I didn't know it was gonna be alot of people it was at least 10 people that stopped by i sold cars to 4 people, the highest car we sold was a Honda NSX for $60,500. That was the newest hottest car in California and it seems like alot of people had one.  We finished up around 6pm and was getting ready to close up shop. After that i was getting ready to go home when the owner of the shop Evan stopped me.

"Hey Willie how's things going for you?"

"Going good."  I told him. "It's crazy how much cars we've sold, yo for real sir i want to say thanks for giving me the job i appreciate it." I told him. I meant it too. "I mean not many people would give me a job, it's still some decent people in the world." He smiled and i started laughing, he could tell i was trying to get on his good side.

"Yeah it's no problem i mean you have a good work ethic and you're a cool young man, so how's your grades been?" He asked.

"My grades have been decent. I've been working hard to make sure i keep them up."

"That's good to hear, hey before you go i want to talk to you about something." He said. "How old are you? He asked.

"17!" I told him.

"So you old enough to have a driver's license right? The reason I'm asking is because i know u always catch the bus here and i was wondering if you'd want a car?"

As soon as he said that i began to tear up a bit on the inside, i couldn't cry out here like this.

"Evan i can't." I said. "I appreciate the gesture and all but i can't accept it."

"Well think of it as a gift Willie, from me to you, you been doing good selling cars and doing school work, you sell a average of 3 to 4 cars each time you're here. I pay you $150 for each car you sell just like i do for everyone else, plus like i said you're a good employee, it's the least i can do." He said as i went over to him and gave him a firm handshake. "Go ahead and pick whichever car you want." He said as i began to walk around and see what car i wanted. I looked around until i seen a red 1985 Ford Mustang that was here for at least $5,720.

"Well is that the car you want?"he asked.

"Yeah but look at the price!" I said "That's crazy..."

"Bullshit! I'll draw some papers up saying you paid for it, you deserve it man you've been through alot over the past year or so i bet so this well deserved, maybe if you had someone in your life that was a positive influence and actually been there for you you wouldn't have did the things you did to end up where you was." He said as he went and got the keys and papers to the car.
