Taka's POV

What the hell am I doing here?

'All I want is to get my coconut water and leave.' I thought to myself as I continued to sulk our way to the restaurant.

I just wanted to head back to my band and rehearse more before the concert. But none of them are answering my calls. Manager Goto and the others told me to accompany her before the festival. Why? To get laid or something? I suppose I understand that they care about me and they're willing to help, especially after what happened years ago.

But I don't need it!

It's completely unnecessary.

It's not that I disliked Lucy. I surprisingly enjoyed her company and thankful for treating me while I was badly injured. She's okay.

In fact, Lucy seems....sweet.

Before we headed our way out, she bought a white tank top and a black sweater for me to wear during our adventure today. Lucy forgot to ask me what my size was so the clothing was a bit loose for me. I politely told her it was quite alright since she ran all the way back here to buy me new clothing. I even offered her some money for the clothes she bought for me, however she declined. Lucy even asked if it was alright if we headed to the subway to go eat out. Not that I do not mind going to the subway, I'm just concerned how many fans will come up to me and scream 'OMG TAKA! IT'S TAKA!' as they pull out their phones and take pictures. I don't mind their affection towards me. Sometimes you get use to it. Plus, the girl Lucy beside me has no clue who I actually am. If she knew that I'm a vocalist in a band, she'll probably think differently of me. So hopefully my black shades will keep myself hidden and no one will notice me. Supposedly it's a good thing that Lucy wasn't a fan, especially when she found me all beaten up and the fact that I'm stuck in this situation. So I do not mind her company.

However, it doesn't change the fact that I can't go back to my band. I just want to focus only on my songs and my band. That's all I want.

I grunt in aggravation.

Lucy notices my frustration. "I'm sorry is this too much for you?"

Oh shit. Did I just grunt out loud? It wasn't on purpose.

I frantically wave my hands in defense. "Oh, no. It's fine."

At times, I'm polite to her since she's a girl that I just met. But sometimes my problems get to me and affects my mood.

"If it is, I can always give you a piggy back ride! Haha!"

I hold in my chuckle as I image that into my head.

At least she has her ways of cheering me up.

Lucy's nice. Perhaps, a little too nice.

'What if she's a fan in disguise?' I thought to myself as I eye the girl beside me suspiciously. 'Or what if...she's a crazy fan trying to keep me as her pet?'

I shook my head and stopped my absurd imaginations. No, she couldn't be insane. If the girl was, she would've kept me held hostage inside her apartment for an eternity.
