As I walked to the throne room, I wondered. Was I the girl that is supposed to defeat the Taurus kingdom? Very unlikely, but what if I am not the girl that will defeat the kingdom? What will happen to me then? Will they kill me? Highly unlikely, but I don't know what their system is.
"Ah! You must be Alexa! good to finally meet you!" The queen said. I've never been close to royalty, so I don't know what to do. I just give a respectful curtsy to the queen. "Oh you don't need to bow down to me! I should be bowing down to you!" Great... I'm trapped in a castle... with a delirious queen. "Oh how rude of me! I haven't introduced myself! I am Queen Elise of the Aquarius kingdom!"
"Nice to meet you?" I reply. "Now that the chosen one is here I have to prepare a ceremony! And a speech! And a..." she must've been having some major anxiety, because she looked like she was hyperventilating and she passed out.
Then the maid came in "Oh dear!" Then she looked at me "This happens all the time!" She grabbed a cup of water and splashed it on the queens face. She instantly woke back up "Did it happen again?" She asked. "Im afraid so." The maid said "Come along, I'll get you to your room. Night is quickly approaching!" The maid got up and tried to help the queen up. But that didn't work. "I'll go on my own" The queen said. "Well nice to meet you Alexa! See you tomorrow!" The queen left the room.
Then the maid took me to my room. It was a nice room. It had white walls with black carpeting. To be honest ,it wasn't really a room... it was more of a small apartment. "For The Chosen One" was engraved in the door. It had four rooms... for one person. It had a standard bedroom and a bathroom. As well as a miniature gym and a gigantic closet with so many shades of colors I've never seen before in my life. "Alexa!I would go to bed soon!" The maid said. "Ok" I replied. I walked into the bedroom and got into a nightgown. A simple yet beautiful dress. The top was dyed blue and it slowly faded into purple. I put it in a woven basket, it went into a laundry room down a couple floors. Kind of like what we had at home... At Home... I miss my family. My mom and dad and brother. I'm trying to wave off this memory. Besides, I have this new world to discover. But right now... I have to get to sleep. I laid down, and after a few minutes, I was able to fall asleep.
