Gone!

-Kaida's POV-

"They were glowing."

-Amelia's POV-

"Kaida? Kaida come on. You have been in your room all night, you need to eat something! I said, nocking, no banging on Kaida's door while holding a bowl of soup and an apple in my hands.

"Anything?" I hear Travis ask from behind me.

"No. She won't answer me, or open the door." I said concerned.

"That's strange, normally she at least tells us to 'please leave', or we will hear her talking to herself." ('Herself' right.) Travis notes, maybe to himself, I'm not exactly sure. "Kaida? Kaida? Alright that's it! Kaida I'm coming in." He says, and my eyes widen. Knowing that Kaida may be small but she can still pack a hard punch, ESPECIALLY when someone interrupts her when she having 'me time'. 

I try to grab Travis before he gets inside, but stop when I see what he sees, which make my eyes only grow wider, and cause me to drop the bowl of soup and the apple, making a big crash as it hits the floor.

"Oops! But back to more pressing matters..... I start just as my parents come running in to see Kaida's bedroom empty.

"Wha....what happen? Wher...where's Kaida? Our mum stuttered, she never stutters!

Travis and I looked at each other not knowing what to say. "We...we don't know mum." Travis answered.

"She's gone?" Our father asked to no one inperticular as he looked out Kaida's skylight.

-Kaida's POV-
"Glowing? What do you mean glowing?" I asked in disbelief. 

"I mean, your eyes were GLOWING brown for a time then they were GLOWING green for a time! They were brown right before you started slowing down on the mudslide, when the rock appeared, and when you where standing on it, well at least until a few seconds before the vine appeared. Your eyes were green when the vine showed up, and until you were safely in the ground! What the heck!" 'Crystal' rambled as I just listened and stood there in shock.

"We can't go back 'Crystal'. Not now, not after this! I will be considered an even bigger freak than I already am! Plus this is just another secret to hide! I don't know if I can hide this one as well as I can the other!" I say shaking my head whilst looking at my hands.

"It probably will be hard, but not impossible! Come on Kaida! You can't just leave your family!" 'Crystal' tried to reason.

No 'Crystal', I can't go back, I won't go back. At least until I know how to control these new powers." I said, convinced of my decision.

"Ok, if you say so. Did you get a look at those ships?" 'Crystal' asks.

"No, the ground caved in before I could get a good look at their insignia's" I said frustrated.

"Maybe we will see them while we are out here?! I just hope they are nice!" 'Crystal' says, trying to make me feel better.

"Ya..... maybe we will?! And I'm sure they are!" I said with a smile on my face.

~~~~~ 24 hours later~~~~~

-Drago's POV-

"This is close enough! Move behind those cliffs and dock on that beach! We don't need to let the 'Dragon Master' know that we are here!" I shouted to my men.

As we get closer to the beach, I see more and more dragons through the tree line. More and more dragons to help me rebuild my dragon army! I jump off the boat and onto bright, wight sand. I could see the very tip of their 'beloved' monument of their former chief, Stoic the Vast. I knew we were a good days journey from the village, but it was all the same to me, as long as I got my revenge on the 'Dragon Master'.

"Move out men! We are going to have to move quickly if we want to get to Berk by tomorrow's nightfall!" I yelled, and everyone grabbed their things and moved out.

While I was yelling orders, I couldn't help but feel as if something or someone was watching me. So after I was done, I took a look around the tree line, but saw nothing. After finding nothing, I grabbed my staff and went to lead the group.

-Kaida's POV-(again)
"So much for that plan huh 'Crystal'?" I whispered, as 'Crystal' and I watched them leave the beach.

"Who even is that guy? He seems familiar?" 'Crystal' asks, turning her head slightly.

"I remember my dad telling me story's about the village before he met mum, he fought a deranged man, hell bent (excuse the language) on controlling every dragon there ever is or was. Dad fought him and his Bewilderbeast, of the Alfa-species, and 'Toothless' saved Dad's life by diving in front of him when ice was shot at him. 'Toothless' started glowing blue as he challenged the Bewilderbeast, to protect Dad, and the Bewilderbeast lost a tusk in the process. Making 'Toothless' the new Alfa. And he still is/was. I remember Dad said that he called him 'the Dragon Master', which I can kinda understand but not completely. Well, if the story is true, and I'm starting to think it is." I explain as I walk out onto the sandy beach.

"What do we do now?! We can't just let that mad man walk into Berk! He will destroy the place!" 'Crystal' pleaded.

"I know! But right now, there's nothing we really can do...... I'm sorry 'Crystal', but if we went after them, we wouldn't survive, at least not now." I explained, with tears in my eyes. 'Some birthday this is turning out to be!' I think to myself.

Oh boy! That was a fun chapter to write! What do you think is going to happen to Berk?

Ok! So Kaida has multiple powers that she is discovering/has discovered. People would be able to tell to tell she has these powers because of her eyes. No one, that she knows of, has the same type of eye combination that she has.
