There Was A Past, But Will There Be A Future?

She ran up and down the stairs with the biggest smile spread across her face. At the age of 7 she was so happy and had the biggest imagination, as of right now she is being chased by a robot army. "Run sissy!" she laughs Nina and Amanda run to the down stairs bathroom laughing so hard they could barely breathe. But that all in changed when they heard the door handle jiggle.....the girls go quite and all of a sudden It swings open, only to see the sight of their father, he laughs" Gotcha!" The girls laugh Carl the father says "Now that , that is over will you girls please get ready for school"."Yes sir " the girls say in harmony They run upstairs Nina takes a sharp right to enter her room, which is painted lilac purple, in the cornner of Nina's room is her queen sized bed which is painted white with flowers to match her bed spread, on her bed is her laptop she had just got for her birthday last week. She went into her closet to get her uniform a kahcki dress with her white polo underneath, she puts on her black dress shoes and is ready to take on her hair, She first brushes "Ow's " with each stroke, after she tidies her hair she puts her navy blue head band on and then brushes her teeth and goes to sit on her bed till it is time to go. Amanda on the other hand goes straight forward after she gets upstairs she walks in to "the disaster" that is her bedroom inside is dirty clothes spread across the floor , next to her closet as you walk in is her bed that no longer has a sheet like it did the night before her bed is painted baby blue with clouds to match her walls, on her bed is her pillow pet she got 3 Christmas's before the poor little monkey has been everywhere it's been dropped in the toilet thrown at the cat into the fire place which made it look like a demented doll and has been chewed up by are dog Lily, she walks into her closet to get her kacki pants and she wears a red polo shirt with her neon colored shoes. She then walks into the bathroom to attept to brush her "rats nest" hair she brushes the sides and the bottoms walks out just to see Nina standing there shaking her head in disappointment Nina grabs the hair brush brushes the rest of her 5 year old sisters hair then reminds Amanda to brush her teeth. Nina reads from the book Cinderella to Amanda just like every morning until their father calls them down for school, the girls then head to school in Carls mustang or "trash pit" as the girls call it they arrive at West Brook Elementary Nina gets out from behind the passenger seat to unbuckle Amanda out of her booster Nina grabs Amanda's hand and then says goodbye to her father.
