I know it has been so so long since I updated this story! And there's not many people that read this, but for those who are, thank you so much and I will hopefully update often. I've have serious writers block and I just found the inspiration to write this. Hope you enjoy:)
Craig's POV*
I was walking home from work, and my boss made me work overtime tonight, so it was nighttime. I walk through the short alleyway to make it to my apartment complex, when I get shoved against the wall. The mysterious person almost makes me fall, and catches me off guard. Panic rises through me, when the guy pulls out a gun and holds in in front of me. "Give me your money! Now!" I take a shaky breath and reach into my pocket. How am I going to make it through to pay rent this month? "O-okay. Here. This is all I have." I take the money out and go to hand it to him. He grabs it and takes off down the alleyway. I hadn't realized I had held my breath that entire time. I hear a loud thump and I look toward the direction the man ran, and he is passed out cold on the ground. A man stands in front of him, dressed in a purple-blackish costume, with a green question mark on the front. He looks at me, and I could feel his eyes staring into my soul. He reaches over into the guys pocket, retrieving the money he had stolen. He walks over to me, and gives me a kind smile. "Here. You need this more that that bastard does." His voice was a lot deeper than I was expecting. "T-thank you. So much. I don't know how I would've made it through this week without that money. By the way, what's your name?" He sighs, "People call me Mysterion. Some even say I'm the 'Guardian Angel' around here. Sounds like a bunch of bullshit to me. I'm not no savior." "Well, Mysterion, you sure saved me today. Thank you again." I flash him a grin. "No problem. Now I must go," He jumps up onto the roof of a building, standing up straight and looking at me. The moonlight makes his golden hair shine, he looked so beautiful standing there. He nods at me and just like that, he was gone.
