A vampire chasing Me!!

I had the dream once. I was running inside a warehouse I guess. (some details are vague) I was running on the walkway thing. You know, it's metal, attached to the wall with those little holes in it so you can kind of see through to the ground, and there's a hand rail? I could not see the floor and there was no hand rail! I looked to the left, over where the rail should have been and it was dark as pitch. looking forward, it was just as dark. Perhaps you are wondering...Why was I running? No big deal. Just a vampire chasing me with a dagger trying to kill me. I could see him running after me, dagger held high in his right hand and poised to strike. I could see him but my head was NOT turned to look at him. That's dangerous, I could trip or something. As far as I could tell he wasn't closing in or anything. I wasn't tired so I hoped this would end well and he would not stab me. He was not trying to bite me, he wanted to stab me with the dagger. I was not a vampire, just plain old me running without getting tired. So, I'm running full speed on this walkway thing in this warehouse wondering why a VAMPIRE is trying to kill me with a DAGGER of all things. The vampire is still not closing in, I'm really hoping I come out of this as some sort of heroine and the walkway ends. I'm running too fast to stop before I go flying off, did I mention there was a vamp behind me who'd probably just stab me in the back, literally, and go on about his merry vamping way? As the vampire sees the end of the walkway, a look of confusion comes over his face. Confusion, really? He is also still running. So, as I said, I realized I wasn't going to be able to not fall and there was that little issue that was chasing me. I continued running, without trying to slow down. A big, gaping, opaque, endless, black abyss of nothingness loomed before me. That's when I woke up just as confused, maybe more, as the vampire was when the walkway ended.
