" Naruto!," " Sasuke!," tHe two boys yelled as they charged each other with their signature attack although one was holding back as to not hurt his first friend. The two attacks clashed at equal power. Sasuke grunted and pushed the rest of his chakra into the attack. Both attacks exploded creating a black mass of chakra. Sasuke was thrown out of the ball while Naruto floated inside.

Sasuke who was laying on the ground watched in shock as the ball started shrinking before all of it disappeared. Naruto floated in the air before falling into the water. Sasuke smirked thinking he won only for his eyes to widen in shock as Naruto slowly stood up eyes closed. 

Naruto panted as he stood up slowly eyes closed because of the pain in them. Naruto opened his eyes and everything looked more clear than it had ever looked before, Naruto could see everything every nook and cranny even the darkest corner seemed clear but what was better Naruto felt great his chakra levels raised to be more than Skikaku the great one tailed beast.

Sasuke looked in shock at Naruto's glowing eyes that widened as he looked around in awe. Naruto's eyes remained the same endearing shade of blue but they seemed to glow like they had light bulbs behind them. Sasuke would never admit it but he always felt that Naruto's eyes looked better than his. 

" Sasuke please give up you can't stand even anymore," Naruto pleaded his voice not mocking but filled with worry. Sasuke sighed in annoyance as darkness crept into his vision. Naruto smiled happily as he ran over to Sasuke although his body pleaded for him to rest sure he got a major boost in chakra his body still hurt even if his scars healed. Naruto put Sasuke on his back piggy back style.

" I fulfilled my promise to Sakura-chan," Naruto said happily as he followed the path back to Konoha blinking away the black in his vision from the strain he was putting on his exhausted body.

Naruto was stumbling in exhaustion by the time he reached the village having walked for three hours without break refusing to put Sasuke down. Naruto put on a tired smile as they closed in on the gate.

" You see that Sasuke that's your home that's where you're supposed to be not with Orochimaru-teme," Naruto said softly as he neared the gate and saw most of Konoha rookie 9 and team 10. Naruto was mostly happy to see Sakura.

Naruto speeds up despite his bodies protest at the act. naruto got closer and saw everyone smiling at him, but Sakura.

" Sakura-chan I did it I brought Sasuke back to you I kept my promise," Naruto said smiling at the girl who just rushed toward him. Naruto was a little sad when Sakura took Sasuke off his back without sparing him a glance and got to work on seeing what was wrong.

" I knew you could do it Naruto-kun your flames of youth shine brightly," Lee said happily as he patted Naruto's back causing the boy to wince a little.

" Thanks, Lee I had to fight really-," Naruto began but he was stopped by an enraged Sakura.

" Naruto you bastard look what you've done to poor Sasuke-kun," Sakura yelled angrily pointing at Sasuke's bruised figure. Naruto was confused.

" B-but Sakura-chan I kept your promise I didn't want to fight but-," Naruto was then again cut off by Sakura because he had to jump out of the way of a chakra powered punch that would have it him in the head.

" You Baka I don't want to hear you bull shit excuses, you were always jealous of Sasuke-kun so you tried to kill him thinking I would go out with you, well guess what I would never go out with you  demon, even if you were the last man on earth I'd rather die than  carry your demon spawn," Sakura screamed angrily still trying to punch Naruto as tears pooled in the corners of her eyes. Naruto froze at what she said his heart breaking. Sakura landed a punch on  Naruto's jaw sending him flying into a poll. Villagers crowded around the group cheering for Sakura.
