Blood Stained

Where am I

I wake up to the sound of a person walking, I forget where I am for a little until I look out the window. I've just landed in Paris, France with my dad after what happened at my old home in California. My dad is standing and waiting for me to get up, so I gather my few things with me, get out and follow my dad into basically a new world.

"Bonjour, welcome to Paris my name is Peter, you must be Jake's daughter, Tess". I hear from my left I look over to see a man about my dad's age with short dark brown hair, green eyes and a strongly built body he almost looks exactly like my dad except my dad has darker hair and skin. I snap out of my trance and answer "yes, that would be me".

As I say that my dad walks over and greats this man, as if they were brothers "this is Peter my best friend from college when I toke crime investigation hear in Paris, he toke it with me" my dad told me.

"Ohhh, so that's how you know each other, will Peter be showing us around Paris or just joining us?" I asked my father to which he replied "both".

So Peter, my dad(Jake) and me went off to the air port to grab our luggage. At the luggage pick-up station I grab my five luggage bags, holding about all my belongs except furniture, then I turn around and almost run into a mirror. I don't realize it's a mirror until I notice the person standing there looks exactly like me, with beautiful blond hair hanging half way down my back, skin slightly tanned from the Californian sun, a deep shade of pink on my lips without putting anything on crystal clear blue eyes, average hight without wearing high heels and not a single zit on my face (pretty good for a 15 year old).

My dad catches me staring at the mirror looking at my reflection and comments "that's my Tess, as beautiful as ever". This only makes me blush and smile for the first time since I found out my mother have been kilt which was two months ago.

Dad and I walk back to where Peter is waiting, so the three of us go.
