A New Day

Hey everyone! I'm sorry I haven't been on here lately I've been busy with school but I hope you guys enjoy this new fan fiction!

Y/N POV

Today was the first day of my new school. I didn't really like the fact that I was moving at first but I got used to it since no one really cared for me at my other school so it wouldn't really male a s difference. I still wasn't used to waking up early in the morning since I basically slept in everyday during the summer. But this year I have to get used to it, since my parents told me I was old enough to get a part time I've been pushing myself to wake up early these past days. After I graduated high school I want to move out of my house and maybe get to live in Los Angeles. I found this really cute coffee shop and signed up for an application, plus it paid pretty well for me to save money. Right now I needed to focus on school since my first day of work started next Monday. As I left for the bus I was surprised I wasn't late to the bus stop as I walked in it was basically empty so I just decided to sit in the back. I plugged in my ear buds to listen to music until someone poked my shoulder. I jumped a little startled by the sudden touch. "Hi!" "Hey" "My name's Eren, Eren Jeager." "My name's Y/N." "Nice to meet you Y/N!" He reached out his hand to shake mine and I gladly accepted. "So, you new?" "Yeah, I'm new to the neighborhood." "Cool!" "Hey, I know we just met but... wanna be friends?" "Friend?" "Uh yeah, you know someone you hang out with and can talk to anytime." "Oh, sorry I just.. I've never really had any friends before." "Oh it's fine." "But yeah sure I'll be your friend." "Cool!" "Hey, by any chance did they send you your schedule?" "Uh, yeah it's right here." I reach into my bookbag and take out a small slip with my classes." "Oh wow we have almost every together except for chemistry." "Oh yeah!" "That reminds me, if you see a guy with raven black hair and silver eyes that's my other friend, his name is Levi." "Ok I guess I could say hi." "If he gives you a kind of death glare that's because he doesn't really like to be around people." "I was actually pretty lucky that he liked me he said that my eyes are beautiful, but I think they are to be honest." Not paying attention to his eyes the whole time I quickly take a look. They were beautiful, why was he so ashamed of them? "He's not wrong you know, they are very beautiful." "Really?" "You think so?" "Yeah!" You're really nice, and thanks." "Aww no problem." "Well here we are, Aot high school." "What does the aot stand for?" "Nothing really they just thought it was a good name for the school." We walk in and the first thing I noticed was a poster with two wings, one white and one blue. It was really pretty and I thought I could probably sketch it one day. "Oh yeah, Eren." "Hmm?" "Do you know where they sign up for clubs?" "Oh yeah the applications are in the front office let me show you." "Ok, thanks." We walk into the front office greeted by a man with weird but funny looking eyebrows. If they ever fire this guy or he retires they could never replace those eyebrows that for sure. "Hello, you must be Y/N." "Yes sir that's me." We shake hands as we introduced ourselves. "My name is Erwin Smith, or Mr. Smith for Short." "I'm this school's principal, is there anything you need?" "Oh, yes could you tell me where the applications for the art club are sir?" "Of course they're right here." "Ok, thank you." I grab an application and head out following my new friend Eren to our first class. "Ah hello, Eren." The teacher said as Eren walked to his desk." "Hello ms. Brzenska." (That's Rico btw) "Ah and this is the new student I presume?" "Yes ma'am that's me." "Can you tell the class what your name is please?" "Yes ma'am." "My name is Y/N L/N." "Well hello Y/N." "You can go take a seat next to Mr. Ackerman over there." I take a seat with a feeling that I'm being closely watched. It almost made me feel like going to the other side of the room. As soon as I sit down I notice a note on my desk. "that's him, the guy you're sitting next to is my other friend Levi." I write a response on the note. "You were right about the death glare I can tell he's looking at me without looking at him." "XD It's ok, he'll warm up to you since you're my friend as well." "Ok." Before class started I was given a sheet of paper telling me where my locker was, I got up to put all my supplies inside. I walked back into the classroom with the supplies I needed I felt that strange feeling of being watched again. As the time passed by it was time for lunch. I followed Eren into the cafeteria that was huge, and when I say huge I mean HUGE. When Eren was leading the wag to the cafeteria his other friend followed us, specifically he basically followed me. We all sat down with our lunches as Eren was introducing me to Levi, even if I kind of already knew who he was. "Y/N this is Levi, Levi this is Y/N." "Nice to meet you Levi." I reached my hand out to shake it and he reluctantly took out his hand to shake mine. He finally broke the silence by saying "so brat, you new here?" Brat? "Uh yeah I moved in a few weeks ago." "Interesting." Yeah this is kind of awkward "So, Y/N Levi's actually in the art club maybe he could show you around." "Tch." "Uh maybe he would rather just be alone." "No it's fine I'll show you around." He said that almost as if he actually wanted to show me. "Uh ok then, thanks." "Yeah no problem." It was the end of the day, after calling my parents to let them know that someone was going to show me the art club I followed Levi to the room. I was introduced to the art teacher Ms. Reiss. (Christa/ Historia) "Well hello there, my name is Ms. Reiss." She handed out her hand with a very warm smile that almost made me wanted to smile. "Nice to meet you Ms. Reiss I'm Y/N." "So, you like to do art huh?" "Yes I enjoy it very much actually." "Great!" "Our classes are every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday." "Ok, thank you!" "My pleasure!" I walk out of the classroom with Levi by my side. "Well I guess I'll see you tomorrow Levi thanks for showing me the art room." "Y-yeah no problem." Did he stutter? I didn't expect someone like him to actually be capable of that, well I guess everybody is full of surprises. "Well see yah." "Wait." I felt a hand grab my wrist and I turn around. "Hmm?" "What is it?" "I could give you a ride home, I don't think you would want to walk home it's probably a long distance." I thought about what he said and gladly accepted his request. "Yeah, that'll be awesome thanks!"
