Banana split, strawberry, chocolate, and cookie dough. Where the four shakes currently being consumed by Riverdale's very own, Archie Andrews, Veronica Lodge, Betty Cooper, and Jughead Jones.

"I didn't get any sleep last night." Veronica said through a yawn.

"I don't think any of us did, seeing that father killed son." Jughead sighed. "There has been a dark shadow cast a dark shadow over this town. Jason Blossoms demise certainly not the last."

"Jug." Betty groaned. "Don't think that way, we should all hope that nothing like that happens again. Because it could happen to anyone, any of us. Look at Cheryl. She's lucky not to be in a psychiatric ward."

The doors of Pop's swing open the reveal a firery haired girl, she struts over heels clicking, against the black and white tile. Then slides herself into the booth. Cheryl Blossom.

"And if I was it would be much nicer then the dump Polly was in." Cheryl sneered.

Pop Tate came over to the booth and asked Cheryl if she wanted anything. "A red velvet milkshake." She replied.

"If you don't mind me asking, how are you here. I mean mentally, and physically. You burnt your house down last night!" Archie questioned.

"Blossoms get through anything. My father was a sad excuse of a Blossom. And don't any of you dare think I'm being harsh. He killed my brother." Cheryl replied through gritted teeth.

" I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bother you."

"Arch maybe you should shut up. Cher you're coming over tonight. You need some cheering up." Veronica offered.

"I'll be there at 6." Cheryl said, as she grabbed her milkshake and left.

"Archie Andrews I swear you're going to get yourself killed if you don't think before you speak." Betty said.

"I mean man, being up the fact her house is a pile of ashes now wasn't quite the way to go." Jughead voiced."

" I realize that now. Dammit I'm stupid." Archie checked his watch. 4:30. I should head home." He leaned over and kissed Veronica. And waved goodbye to Jug  and Betty.

As he opened the door of Pop's he did realize that Jughead was right a certain darkness loomed over Riverdale. The streets were empty he half expected a tumbleweed to roll across them. Colors have seemed to fade from the world the sky was grey, the usually bright green grass looked pale and weak. Riverdale was changing. He walked home, expecting there to be no interruptions to his thoughts. Then he heard feet against pavement. He turned to see his very own raven haired princess running towards him.

"Ronnie what do you want?" He groaned.
She wouldn't leave him alone lately. Always wanted to be next to him around him. Sometimes he wished she was gone. Almost like she was never here at all.

"You of course." She giggled. Damn was that giggle both cute but yet extremely annoying. He wanted to brush her off he needed soace doesn't she get that. But, as her boyfriend he didn't.

"I only have an hour before Cheryl comes over and my house is on the way to yours so, I thought you could drop me off like how do in movies it's quite romantic you know."

"Ronnie I've really got to get going. But you know what's more romantic, a strawberry milkshake with two straws a Pops tomorrow be there by 2!" He said and ran off. "Damn." he thought, "milkshakes can solve anything."

"Has he been avoiding me?" Thought Veronica
on her way home. "No, he's my boyfriend." The voice in her head reassured her. It just seemed he didn't want to be around her anymore. And another Milkshake date. That's the third this week. Strawberry flavoring with a whipped topping was getting quite old.
As she walked home she swore she heard a voice scream "bitch!" She kept walking knowing that still the Lodges where not liked by all. Then, a tomato went whizzing past her ear. "What the hell!" She shouted. She was at the door to the apartment now and she swore she saw a red head fly past the door. By the time she was in her apartment so was Cheryl.

Cheryl already had made herself comfortable, wearing the same outfit she wore the night she burnt her house do a crisp.
It made Veronica uncomfortable so she gave Cheryl a pair of pajamas. The night started off like any normal sleepover. Panting nails, braiding hair, watching movies. But then, there was a knock at the door. Soon Hermione walked in with a package.

"Veronica, this came for you." She said without acknowledging Cheryl.

Veronica grabbed a pair of scissors, and opened the box, she immediately screamed. The contents of the box was , a plush doll with black hair and pearls. The doll had blades of glass stuck in every limb. Cheryl examined it and picked it up walked it to the nearest window and dropped it out.

There was a note inside that read.

Treat me nice
It will cost your life

"What. The. Hell. "

Veronica knew that one murder was solved in the town of Riverdale. But the question that always lingered in the air was... who's next.
