Chapter 1.

*millie's pov*
I got onto the plane and I can assure you, I was a nervous wreck.
'okay so.. 21A, where are you?'
I say in a low voice as i'm vlogging on my camera. finally spotting my seat, I set my camera on the seat with my backpack and lift up my carry on, struggling a bit to set it up in the compartment. I sigh and smile slightly as I sit down, grateful nobody's sitting next to me. 'okay so.. this is it guys'
I tell the camera and take out my phone, texting my girls.
'i'm so nervous, but it's a good nervous you know? i can't wait to hug them'
I say to the camera and film outside the window. the move to LA is something I've wanted since I met Goldie, Shea, Lena and Sam online. we clicked so well and 2020 was our promise. always. we grew a strong friendship, even though i'm a few years older than them. they're my everything. and so are Kian and Jc. 2017 when we visited LA, we actually got a reply from the boys and we met them. my girls were so happy, i accomplished my mission. we had a good time, spoiling the guys to a great dinner and we got the chance to chill with them too, watching the sunset all together. I've never seen them so happy, and so was I.
'good evening everyone, this is your pilot speaking. we are almost ready to depart, please get seated and enjoy this beautiful weather, the sun is out for Los Angeles. enjoy'
he was right, I looked out the window and the sun was smiling bright at me. I smiled at the camera and bit my lip.
'here we go'
I buckled  my seatbelt and we departed not long after, I vlogged and talked to my mermaids, talking about my friendship with those girls i met 3 years earlier.
we landed and i smiled as I looked out the window.
'we're here'
I told the camera and sighed happily. after a few minutes, we got the chance to get off and I walked to get my luggage. I kept vlogging and I was talking to my camera when i heard
'what's up bitch!!!'
I looked up and saw Shea waiting for me, I rushed up to her and started tearing up as we hugged tight. 'S-Shea..' I sniffled.
'you're here Millie, it's finally happening' I pulled away and laughed with her, vlogging us as we talked
'this is crazy, I can't believe it's finally happening' after a few minutes, we walk out and she helps me put my stuff in Jc's jeep. yup. Shea and Jc are dating. since 2017 when we visited, they've been texting and skyping all the time. and Shea lived in Cali, so she was pretty close. so Jc being a fucking sweetheart, he went to see her a lot. they're the most hottest couple I know, and it was love at first sight, they were meant for each other.
'JC!!' I yell as he comes around the car and hugs me
'hey millie! finally the party arrived!' he laughs and i smile wide as he pulls away
'yeah i'm here so get ready..' he chuckles and kisses Shea's cheek.
'what time is Goldie arriving?' he says and she shrugs 'i'm not sure.. Millie, she told you no?' I nod and smile
'yeah she should be here soon' they nod and we all go back inside, waiting for Goldie for like 5 minutes. I can see her from far away, she's so tiny i want to hug her so bad. 'G!!' I yell and she runs up to me.
*goldie's pov*
I'm crying so hard I can't breathe. Millie is holding me so tight, neither of us wants to let go ever again.
'I missed you so much' I tell her and she nods 'me too. even though we skyped like everyday for 3 years' we pull away and laugh. I notice she's vlogging as we both wipe our cheeks. 'Jhea' I hug Shea and Jc, i'm still crying as we walk out. Jc helps putting my stuff in and we sit in the car on the way to our house.
'where's kian?' I ask Jc and look at Millie, she looks out the window at the mention of his name and i bite my lip.
'um he had stuff to do' Jc replies.
'stuff that was more important than Millie and G?' Shea says and i swat her arm 'Shea!'
'it's okay' Millie says to us and smiles slightly 'i don't care' she looks back out the window and I roll my eyes as a Lauv song starts playing. Jc knows and he changes the song to a Lany's one.
*shea's pov*
I smile at Jc as he sings to Lany and look back at Millie. this girl is my everything, along with my 3 other girls. we're best friends and i know how she feels right now. she was not only anxious because of the move, but also because of Kian. she stopped vlogging, I see her camera on the seat in between her and Goldie. I smile at G and look at the road again, sighing as i think about 2017. that was the most amazing experience of my life, I shared a strong bond with Mills and G since. even with our age difference, she was always there for me and the girls. she's like our mom, she takes care of us. i was so happy when we said she would pay for our plane tickets and i couldn't even describe the feeling i had when KnJ replied and said yes to meet us. I sigh and look at Jc, who was smiling at me.
