Piper really didn't focus on her music career, she like to design clothes for other people, and that's what she did to make a whole bunch of money. Although she misses Josh and really wants to be with him, it's been 2 years since they broke up. She never lost the ring, she only hid it in her jewelry box to at least have respect for Ryder.
