It was your birthday today and your friend had this whole day planned out for you. You don't usually celebrate your birthday because you didn't see the point, a year older is like a year closer to death in your eyes. But your friend insisted you do something this year. You thought that they only wanted to take you to the cinema, which was fine but little did you know about the events that would occur after.
You were at the cinema waiting for y/f/n to come out of the toilets. You hadn't purchased your tickets yet and were worried they'd be sold out. 'How long is this girl going to be?' You asked to yourself. She finally came out and went to purchase your tickets. 'Did you hear they hired someone new to work behind the ticket till?' Your friend asked with a sly smile on her face. 'He's supposed to be really good looking according to some girls in our class' she said, her smile turning into a grin. It was your turn to purchase the tickets and you noticed the new worker.
Your eyes were in disbelief at the handsome boy placed in front of you. He had dark black and blue hair, a gorgeous physique, and a devilish smile. Your friend asked for the tickets and you just stood there staring at him in awe. You became nervous when he smiled at you. 'Do you girls want any snacks?' He asked, his voice every bit as sexy as you'd have imagined. Your friend looked at you and you realised she was asking you the same question. 'Uh can we some a large box of popcorn please?' You asked before your friend understood you were too shy to say anything else. She continued asking for the snacks she wanted and knew you wanted before you went to watch the movie.
All night you couldn't focus on the movie, you were too busy thinking about him, the boy behind the ticket till. His face was there, so clearly pictured in your head. Even though he had a dark aura around him his smile was so warm.
You found your best friend had fallen asleep. 'Great' you muttered as you didn't know whether to wake her now or when the movie ended. 'How can this girl fall asleep with all this noise?' You laughed at your friend. She would be able to fall asleep though an earthquake. The trouble was waking her up.
Once the movie ended you thought you'd wake your friend up. Which proves to be a difficult task. You tried everything, from shoving her, hitting her head and splashing her face with soda. The whole cinema room was empty apart from you and her. 'God what do I do?' You thought, slightly panicking at the thought of being locked in there.
'I'm sorry the cinema is closed now, you shouldn't be in here' the boy from behind the till had came to cleanup any mess made on the floor. 'I'm sorry, my friend fell asleep and I can't wake her up.' You said shyly and embarrassed. He slightly chuckled before going back to sweeping. He turned around swiftly when he wanted to speak, ' if you wait a few minutes I could give you and your friend a ride home. You don't have to wake her up, I'll just carry her to my car. It's getting pretty late anyway' he suggested.
You sighed in relief before saying 'thank you so much!'
You were now in the car of the gorgeous boy who works in the cinema. You were low key freaking out. 'So I never asked, what's your name?' He said breaking the silence in the car. 'Y/N' you replied, cuddling with your friend. 'That's cute, my names Johnny. I was wondering if you wanted to hang out some other time?' Your heart literally stopped beating. You were excited and nervous and didn't know what to say. 'Uh..that would be awesome' you said.
Once you got home you felt a smile creep up to your face as you knew this was one birthday you were never going to forget.
A/N I feel as if this one was so lame. Goddamn. But I'm still going to publish this because I'm a rebel like that. Not really.
