Dex has been claimed to be the best Technopath in history as well as one of the hottest. He dresses like a mix between a 50's greaser and a punk rock guy but always adds a techno twist and is one of the heart throbs of foxfire. Gentlemanly, loyal, and crazy skilled, Dex usually accompanies Sophie on super dangerous top secret Black Swan missions and they're the best of cousins/buds. Their friendship is so good, flawless, seamless, and healthy that it makes old Florence's heart hurt. He also attends the Foxfire elite levels and rooms with Jensei, though Dex often sneaks out to go on missions, but is often pardoned by headmaster Leto, even though he pulls pranks constantly. Leto is still secretly in the Black Swan's inner circle disguised as Mr. Forkle (I think) and since he knows what good Dex does for the rebellion/he knows his mom, Juliane "Squall" Dizznee, that he lets it slide. It's nice to see these kids actually be kids for once.
He adores Biana, but has no romantic inclinations at the moment. He doesn't like her going on missions because he likes to see her shining face when he gets back. So good. He's just so good.
