Chapter Four

Chapter 4 (Skylar)

\ It was almost 12:00 now and the boys were packing up there stuff to go home. I'm not gonna lie i was a little upset that they were leaving, i really enjoyed hanging out with them. I felt my phone vibrate and saw that i had a text from Tristen./

'What up Sky?' 'Nothing much, saying goodbye to Cole's band. I got to meet them today.' 'Sick! Are we still hanging out today?' 'Yep! I gotta go get showered and such but i'll text u later' i turned off my phone knowing he just say 'k'

After i showered i got dressed in a black peplum dress and my black high tops. We were going to the movies and i wanted to look decent.

I told my mum that i was going out and she said to be home by eleven. With that I started the walk to Shays house, she lived about a five minute walk from my house, and popped my earphones in.

I had my music blasting and didn't hear anyone walk up behind me when suddenly I was jumped on and I screamed only to look up and see Tristen, he walked this way as well. "Hey! Look at you, being on time and such!" I laughed looking at my lanky friend. "I thought it would be a good plan considering we had a movie to catch." He said with sass, i swear with this attitude i don't know how Jayden could stand him, did i mention they're dating? I guess not. "Sooo how excited are you to see this movie?" We were going to see Lego Movie, I know childish but that's the kinda people we were, and I was suuuper excited.

When we arrived at Shays house she was curling her hair and she had on a dark purple high low skirt over a black tank.

"You look great Shay!" I smiled at her outfit, "thanks!" I heard the doorbell ring and I answered it to see Alex. "Hey! Why didn't you come with Tristen?" Even though we both new the answer, "I/you weren't ready!" We both said in unison.

We got to the movie, and it was really good! We kept teasing Tristen that he was Batman because almost everything he owned was black. (Clothing wise)

When the movie was over it was about 3:30 so we decided to go to the mall and get ice cream. Jayden and Tristen shared a cone, I swear they're the cutest couple, and we walked around the mall for a bit and I actually ended up buying a new phone case.

Time went by fast and it soon became six o'clock. We decided to go out to Jack's, a local pizza place, for dinner. While waiting for our food to be made we chatted about random stuff like Sherlock, Alex's new obsession. "I told you already; Jim, or James i should say, is the smartest character!" Alex argued from across the table aiming her words at her brother, "The show revolves around Sherlock and his thoughts, he got away from James! He's obviously smarter! You don't even see that much of James' thoughts!" Tristen really had no chance of wining this argument, Alex got what she wanted. "You're so stupid! James catches Sherlock twice!" Jayden tapped Tristen's shoulder and have him a 'let it go' look. Tristen sighed and looked back at Alex, "Fine, whatever, Jim is smarter." Alex smiled triumphantly "His real name is James," she said sassily "and thank you for admiting your wrongness." I swear they may be twins but all the sass jeans went to Alex and all the Sarcasm to Tristen.

After I got home I got into pyjamas and made some tea. I was going to start reading when Cole knocked on my door. "Can I come in?" He asked shyly. "Sure, what's up?" He came and sat on my bed. "Umm well, I...uhh. Never mind" he started to get up and i grabbed his arm. "What were you gonna say?" He looked at me "promise you won't get mad?" I nodded my head slowly questioning what he was going to say "i kinda like Shay."
