minghao scrolled through twitter, cursing himself for following too many meme accounts. you could say he had a problem. he heard a knock at his front door, quickly getting up and checking who it was. he stepped out of his messy room and ran downstairs, almost tripping on a side table on his way to the door. he grabbed onto the door handle and turned it, opening the door to see that his friend vernon was there waiting for him. minghao sighed and crossed his arms across his chest.

"you didn't tell me you were stopping over-"  minghao said, opening the screen door to let vernon come in.

"i was bored." he said, walking into the house. "plus, we haven't hung out in a while."

"but i'm not even dressed."

"it's 2:00 PM, how can you stay in your bed for that long-" vernon said. "you ate right?"

"yeah, of course i ate." minghao plopped down on the couch. vernon sat down next to him, stretching his legs out and yawning. "did you even sleep last night?"

"yea- no..." vernon sighed."this guy, seungkwan, keeping me up alllllll night."

"wait, seungkwan? i've heard that name, or more like seen, before." minghao said, turning to vernon.

"god, you're on that dating website too?" vernon chuckled. "crazy, crazy place. did you meet someone already?"

"yeah."

"oooh !! tell me, tell me !! who is he~" vernon grabbed onto minghao's shoulders, shaking him a little.

"stOP-" he shook vernon's hands off his shoulders. "his name is junhui."

"that guy, you went for him?"

"yeah..? what's wrong with him?"

"he has no life, he's the number one user on that damn website."

"so..? he's nice and cute.." minghao said shrugging. "there's nothing wrong with him."

"are you guys dating yet?"

"no, why?"

"cause he flirts with everyone." vernon said. "have you come across that s.coups guy yet?"

"yeah..?"

"okay well, one: he's a creep. and two: they're both friends."

"gross...how could they both be friends? jun is really nice and s.coups is...ew."

"yeah, don't mess with s.coups. he's nasty as hell, he tried flirting with me and seungkwan."

~time skip~

"thanks for having me over, buddy!!" vernon happily says.

"i don't even invite you. you invited yourself."

"true, but thanks for letting me hang out!" vernon walked out the door and turned around. "see ya later, maybe even on that dating website." he chuckled and waved.

"shut up asshole." minghao laughed jokingly. "bye." he shut the door and sat down on the couch.

'what an interesting talk we had.' minghao thought. 'i'll have to confront jun tomorrow.' and with that minghao headed back to his room, looking at more twitter memes for about 2 hours.
