Chapter 3

We arrived at Kade's house, it was a large two-story brick house, it was so beautiful.

"I love your house so much Kade, more than I love you." I squealed, he just looked at me with a hurt expression.

"Then we're just gonna have to break up if that's how you feel." He said as he stopped the car turning away from me and pouting.

"We never dated, you cunt, I hate how people say we did."

"They're always joking why do you get so worked up over it Xay?"

"It's so annoying to hear that, jeez let's just go inside so I can raid your fridge."

We got out of the car and walked up the path to his house, he had pushed in front of his large porch, and flowers along the path leading to the house.

"I'm home!" Kade yelled,"And I brought Xayvier."

His little brother ran up and tackled me, Leon was 8 and he loved it when I was around, unless I took his brother's attention off of him.

"Hey Leon, missed you too." I said as I got up, he was so energetic and fun to watch!

"Oh hello Xayvier, will you be staying for dinner?" His mom, Vanessa, asked walking out of the kitchen.

"If that's alright with you, then of course, I love your cooking!" I said, and it was true that women could cook! I need to ask her to teach me sometime.

"Alright, get off him Leon, lets go upstairs into my room. Come on Xay!" Kade said, I blushed and winced slightly at the nickname, I hate it so much!

"You have to carry me, Leon broke my legs." I said pouting, I'm really just lazy and he was strong enough to carry me anyway.

"You look okay, to me" He said, I just shot him a glare. He sighed and held his arms out behind him.

"Yay!" I squealed excitedly, I jumped onto his back."Onward, horsey!"

Leon pouted and said,"Why don't you play like that with me Kade?"

"I do, he's just a lazy bum and I have to treat him special." Kade sighed, and added quietly,"He might have special needs."

I hit him and jumped off,"Fine you don't have to carry me, I'll walk."

"Good, you're fat anyway." He said, running away before I could get to him. He's such an asshole! Why are we even friends, oh yeah I punched him in the face.

I walked up the stairs to his room, knowing his house almost better than I knew mine. He was setting up the Xbox, such a good boy, he knows what I want!

"Wanna play CoD Black Ops 3?" He asked. Why does he even ask, he's my best friend he knows the answer.

"Why do even ask, you know it's a hell yeah." I say rolling my eyes at him. He's so dumb sometimes.

"I have to make sure, jeez!" Kade said, I think he still feels bad about what happened during lunch.

"You know I don't care about lunch right?" I told him, he needs to get over it, I'm not his girlfriend and I don't need him with me at all times.

"I know, next time I'll bring you, they won't mind." Kade tells me still looking apologetic. Damn, he's so oblivious, they don't like me because I take up most of Kade's time and I keep him from them, but he doesn't know that and I'm not going to tell him.

"Okay, if that's what you want." I shrugged, I was really indifferent to the whole thing, if I'm being honest.

"Let's just play so I can kick your ass!" Kade said to me.
