The Hidden World

Chapter 4: December 2, 2016

          As I woke up. A light blinded me. Was I back home? I got up and realized it was only this window in the bedroom. I didn't see it yesterday night, so I must've been really tired.

I got out of the bed, and went to the closet. There were so many shades of purple and blue that I haven't seen, until now.  The farther I walked into the closet the brighter and lighter the clothes got.

          I couldn't find anything I liked, so I went back to the bedroom. And my outfit from yesterday was on my well made bed. I wasn't even gone for five minutes and I didn't hear anyone come in. It reminded me of hotel service. Once you leave, they come in and clean.

         I grabbed my leather hunting jacket and went back into the closet. Looking for something to go with. I found a blue knee length dress and a white scarf. I also found a pair of black boots. Like the ones I have at home. I take the nightgown off and put the new clothes on. Then I drop the gown in the chute. I went out into the living area and a girl was sitting on the sofa. "Hi! I'm Aqui!" The girl said. "Uhh Hi, I'm Alexa." "Yep I know!" Aqui said. "I'm queen Elise's daughter. She requested you to have breakfast with her today!" She replied "Ok then"

     I followed her down the hall into the dining room. The queen was in her chair, but when she saw me, she rose out of her seat and said "This is Alexa! The Aquarius Kingdom's new hero!" Suddenly everyone started to clap. "Take a seat girls!" She said. So we sat down and then the food came out. It looked delicious! It was breakfast foods on top of breakfast foods! So much I couldn't handle it! There was pancakes, bacon, Aquarius cake, and a lot more stuff that looked  like stuff I've never seen it before. But it was so good!

      "So Alexa, where are you from? The Fortune Teller, Ami, only said that you were from a different world." The Queen said. Not knowing how to answer, I just say "I'm from a planet called Earth." "That is splendid!" The queen said.

      After breakfast the queen gave me a tour of the castle, ending with the training area. "Well this concludes the tour, but if you have any questions, I could help you or Aqui can too! Well, I'm going to leave you here. You can train with anything you see in here." "Okay." I reply. Then she left me in the training room, with white floors and concrete walls. Various weapons lined the walls. The bows were the first thing that caught my eye. They were solid black. They looked kind of like what I used at home. Mostly all the weapons were black, or brown. I grabbed a bow, it felt light in my hands. There was a quiver of arrows next to it. Standard feathered arrows. I grab one out of it and place it on my bow. The arrow had something off about it. It had a dark purple look to it. I didn't care I just wanted to shoot it. I pulled back the string and released. The arrow took off, and hit the shooting dummy square in the head. But when it hit, the arrow released a purple smoke. Thinking it may be poisonous, I cover my face.

          Once the smoke cleared the dummy was gone, the arrow was lying on the ground. "Those arrows take the body and soul of the victim and it is trapped in the arrow. The only way to get it out is to break the arrow. But the shot you took would've killed it." A girl about my age said. "Okay." I replied. "My names Aris." The girl said. Then I notice the small tattoo of the Aries ram on her forearm. Immedietley I pull another arrow and aim it at her, remembering that the queen had said something about a girl from the Aries kingdom running away and coming here, and that she needed to be sent to the queen immedietley. "You're coming with me" I said. She put her hands up, realizing she was unarmed. I start walking her to the throne room, but all the sudden, she somehow morphed into a white ram and galloped down the hallway. I start to run after her, and then I remember I have a loaded bow in my hands. I pull the string back, and release. It hits the back of the rams' leg. Then it does the process of the smoke, and it disapperared. Is this all in my head? Alexa thought.

    Hey guys! I hope you enjoyed this longer chapter of A Hidden World! Sorry I haven't published it. I've been very busy with school and other stuff. But starting this week, I am going to try to do one chapter a week! So next weekend, I will most likely upload a chapter!
