Forever?

Part 1

Savannah- 2 years later

I was currently at an event with my boyfriend. It's been 2 years since me and cam's divorce. It's been pretty hard on me lately. Cause we have kids and seeing him fall in love with another woman is upsetting. I thought what we had was forever. I guess forever was a lie from the start.

I was sitting down at a table waiting for kian to come back.

"excuse me miss, are you Savannah Dallas?" Some random guy questions

"Uh yeah?" I said confusedly

"That guy over there, told me to give you these." He said and gave me a dozen of roses

I was so confused. I thanked him and went to go over to that guy.

"Hey, someone told me you gave me these roses." I said to the figure turned around

"Yeah I did baby girl." He said and turned around

When I saw his face, I wanted to run and throw these roses at him.

"Cameron" I said blankly

"Hi Savannah." He smiles

"What are you doing here?" I ask

"Well this is my girlfriend's boss event." He spoke

"Oh." I said uninterested

"So how's the kids?" He asks

"They're fine." I spoke

"Oh nice, I miss them." He said

"Why'd you give these roses?" I question

"It's a friendly thing to do." He shrugged

Liar..

"Why'd you call me baby girl then?" I question him again

"It just slipped, I've been saying it a lot." He answered

Liar..

"We should go out to eat someday." He suggested

Before I could say anything. Kian came up to me

"Hey babe." He said and put his arm around me

"Wait." Cameron said

"You're dating Kian?" He asks me

"Yeah." I say

"Out of all the boys you could've dated, you decide to date one of my old friend." He said a bit angry

"It's not your choice on who I date." I said aggressively

"Dude calm yourself, you wouldn't have a problem if you never left her." Kian steps in

"Shut up, you know nothing!" Cam says angrily

"It doesn't mean anything to you, he's my friend so be it." I said

"Um it affects me kind of yeah." He replied

I look at him with disgust. I mean Kian and I kept it from social media for a while. Because of the hate and stuff.

"Come on babe, let's go." I said to kian and we left back at our table

"He didn't know we were dating?" Kian asks me

"I mean we kept it lowkey, and I don't tell him stuff anymore ." I said annoyed

"It's okay, don't listen to him." Kian said and held my hands

"Kian, thank you." I smile

"For what?" He questions

"For always being there for me, you make me happy other than my kids, you're the best." I smile at him

"No problem, you've been there for me too, and I'm glad we make each other happy." He says

"I love you..." I say thinking about what I just have said. Do I really love him? I don't know... maybe I do...?

"I love you too, and don't worry it's okay if you didn't know you meant it, I'll love you anyway." He says like he was reading my mind

I lightly placed my lips on his. Then pulled away and placed my head in the crook of his neck.
