1First Day

It was the beginning of a new school year for all the students at Deer High, at least for everyone except Sydney. This would be her first day going to an actual school.

Sydney was homeschooled most of her life because she was always bullied when when she did go to school. Her parents soon took note of this and pulled her out of school. After that, she was homeschooled.

Sydney walked through the doors of the high school and went to the front desk to get her schedule. Little did she know a boy was watching her get it. Once she got her schedule she went to her first class, well she tried. On the way to her class, she had gotten lost and couldn't find the way. As she stopped to look at her paper, a boy with short brown hair bumped into her.

"Watch it shorty!" He exclaimed looking her in the eyes for a brief second.

"S-Sorry.." Sydney said with a blush looking at the floor after their quick eye contact trade.

"You better be!" He said with a tsk at the end of his sentence.

Someone then lightly touched her shoulder. "I'm sorry for his act, he hasn't been himself after watching some girl get her schedule." She looked at him. This boy had black hair and had a smile. After hearing this she wondered if it was her he was watching her this morning. At the thought of this, her blush reached her ears.

"Jake get you're ass over here!" The brown haired one yelled.

They both looked at him, the black haired one yelling back, "Just wait a second!" Then looking back at her. "My name is Jake, and that is Dom," he said with a slight smile.

She looked back at him with a nervous smile. "I-I am Sydney..."

"Nice to meet you Sydney," he said still with a slight smile. "I have a feeling we will meet again," he said looking at Dom who quickly looked away.

"Well, I'll see you later Sydney," he said catching up to Dom. Both boys walked away.

"Hey Dom?" Said Jake with a smirk.

"What do you want?" Exclaimed Dom.

"You're blushing..." Jake said quietly laughing.

"What?!?!? No I'm not!!!" Said Dom angrily stomping away leaving Jake behind.

'I knew it wasn't the end of her!' Jake thought.
