[Jeongyeon's Pov]

I walked along the sidewalk and enjoyed the breeze of the night cold wind and felt relaxed. I passed people walking by and they passed me, sometimes even through me. Whoops, I pretty much just gave away what I was. That's right, I'm a ghost. A spirit roaming around and won't ascend to heaven for some reason. I like to think that I have something to fulfill here, a purpose. Why else would I have this bothersome regretful feeling in my heart? Being stuck on earth as a ghost isn't as fun as you think it is... Yes, I can possess people,

"Let's see, who should I possess tonight?" I asked myself as I walked around searching for a weak victim.

"Maybe sabotage a date tonight? No, Jeongyeon! That's too cruel. You may be lonely and died single but that's no reason to ruin someone else's love life!" I scolded myself.

"Oh! I should party tonight! Just for fun..."

I found a girl with a bunch of her guy friends heading to a karaoke place. I took a deep breath in and focused on my target. The moment she pause I went straight into her and stood in her position.

"Ya! Kim Dahyun! You okay?" One of the guys asked.

"Aww Oppa! Are you worried about me?" I winked and teased as I cuddled his arm.

"Pfft! Worried?? I don't need to worry about someone like you. And why're you calling me oppa now?! Aish. How much did you drink?" He asked.

Shit. How do I reply to that.

"Calm down Jackson. She only had like 2-3 bottles!" A guy responded for me.

"Y-yeah! That's right! 2 bottles!" Aish, this girl is weak! 2-3 bottles only?? Even I'm feeling a bit tipsy in her body!

"Yah Kim Dahyun!" That Jackson guy yelled at me again.

"WHAAAT?!" I shouted back.

"That's enough drinking!" He grabbed the bottle away and the shot glass.

"Oppaaaa~~~ just a-" I hiccuped, "bit more!!"

The door bursted open and a girl with pretty bangs entered the room.

She shook her head, "YA KIM DAHYUN! I'VE BEEN CALLING YOU ALL NIGHT! YOU KNO-" she sighed and looked at the boys around. "You know how worried I was..." She lowered her voice.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Seriously?! You're drunk too? We're going home." She lifted me up and carried me to her car.

Shit, I gotta get out of this body. I successfully got out and watched the car drive away.

I sighed, "what a night!"

Ok yeah, that might've seemed fun. Possessing people and having fun in their life. But in the end, it just reminds you of how lonely you are as a ghost... It might've been fun for a while.. But it's not your life.. Or your body.. You're just simply someone borrowing it to save yourself from a feeling called, boredom. But other than that, it's also fun to haunt houses. I usually go for the same house when someone new moves in. I'm proud to say, that I'm pretty popular in the ghost community. Just for keeping people out from moving into that house. Every time someone new moves in, I scare them off. No one has lived in that house for three years.

I'm pretty sure you noticed, 'the ghost community'. Yeah there are many other wandering spirits, so why don't I just hangout with them instead of possessing some other girl's body? Well, I do talk to them, eat with them, but it's only to gossip or to fool around. None of us are actually close. It's also hard to get food or into places as a group of frien- scratch that, not friends. As a group of ghosts. We can barely even pick up an object. In fact-

"Jeongyeon-ssi? JEONGYEON-SSI IS THAT U? YO!!"

I looked up and saw the ghosts I used to talk to. I walked over to them.

"I knew it was you from afar! Your short hair never fails my eyes!" Jihyo-ssi wrapped her arm around me.

"Haven't seen you guys in a while, what're you doin here?" I asked.

"Just came to fool around." Jennie-ssi replied. "OH ALSO! We heard a ghost nearby got her memories back! She was sobbing a whole river!"

"Omo seriously??"

"YEAH! Don't you want your memories back too?" Jaebum-ssi asked.

"Of course... How'd she get them back tho...?"

"Uh... that, we don't know." Jihyo replied.

"That's why we came to find you, to figure it out together!" Jennie-ssi mentioned.

"Together....?" It's been a while since I've heard that word.

"Yeah, I mean why not! We're friends, we're here to help you." Jaebum-ssi smiled.

I chuckled, "Yeah I guess." I let out a big smile.
