ADDISON THORNTON WAS convinced that most of her sophomore year was going to be spent in her bedroom with the occasional exit for meal times and using the bathroom. Her best friend had moved away only a few weeks ago and her other friends who she had gained through Daisy's older sister had left school. In short, she was screwed.
A trip to La Push is all it takes for Addison's cloudy year into a much more brighter one and all it takes is a boy called Embry Call to appear. He's her new best friend - one that she thinks will never leave her.
There are more things in Forks that the Thornton girl has yet to meet just like Mike Newton and his ragtag group of friends, one of them being Bella Swan; a girl that has the power of flipping Addy's life upside down with a flick of her hands.
