Since our visit to earth the rubies had been calling her 'Eyeball' because Rose Quartz herself had named her that. They couldn't call each other by code names in front of a superior though. Today they would get a Quartz soldier to accompany them during their missions. She requested the mighty Jasper. She would never tell anyone but she had a bit of an obsession with her. She thought there was no way she would be assigned the task but it couldn't hurt to try.
"Doc, the Quartz will be here shortly!" Came an innocent and sweet voice, the gem belonging to it was Navy. Her heart was racing, the door was opening so she closed her eyes. She prayed to white diamond and opened her eyes. There stood jasper.
