One thing that made teens nowadays in common is having intrapersonal conflicts that they've been keeping inside of them. Silenced cries, stiffled sobs. The only one who knows are the four walls and four corners of your room. The mute witnesses you may say. But have you ever tried to talk things out?
Teens in this century either become very silent or very out going. Sometimes neutral. Yes, we can say that a kid is happy because he laughs at the smallest thing, or shows us a big smile. The one who came from one ear to another. But eyes doesn't lie. As researchers say, a person who laughs at the smallest things are those kind of people to hide the pain they've been experiencing and often feel alone, unwanted. But we can't hide the fact that as the day ends, as the sun goes down, he start to over think again. Mind full of scenarios that may or may not happen. Mind full of what if's again. Just like before. But that's the wrong thing there. We should not over think things. Because this may lead us to lose our sanity. Or to think of suicidal thoughts. Teens should always look on the positive side even if the world is full of negativity. God will not give us something he knows we can't conquer. He gives us challenges that makes us learn things we can use in the future. We just need to he strong so thay we can overcome and accomplish the challenges He is giving us. You should never think of killing yourself in order to solve your problem. This is the most coward thing you can do in your life. Don't make these challenges ruin you. Make these challenges strengthen you. Make these challenges a big break through. You are strong. And God knows that. So you should know that too. I myself is experiencing these kind of sufferings too. Let's be strong and face these problems shall we?
Solving intrapersonal conflicts may be hard but just believe in yourself and the next thing you know you've been able to solve this problems with assistance of people surrounding you. Never give up when you think it's already the end. Because if it's not happy then it's not yet the end.
