"I'm home!" Krystal swing open her apartment door.

She kicked her shows off and took off her soft pink winter coat.

"Kai?" She asked aloud.

She trotted down the long hallway and then into the kitchen. Krystal spotted Kai in the kitchen leaning on the counter.

"Did you miss me?" she enveloped him in a loving hug.

Kai stiffened at the contact. He turned around and walked out of the kitchen hastily.

A few hours earlier...

"What is this, Krystal? You're cheating on me?" Kai shouted.

"It's not what you think!" Krystal cried.

Kai threw the phone into the ground, causing the fragile screen to crack. A few minutes earlier, Kai's friend Kris, had sent a message saying 'I love you', but apologizing right after saying he meant to send the message to his girlfriend. Kai must've not seen the second message. Kai slowly grabbed something behind his back as Krystal backed up in alarm.

"It's not what you think." she repeated.

Kai lunged forward with a sharp knife. Krystal felt a sharp pain in her stomach before she collapsed onto the ground.

Present time... (Few hours after the incident)

Kai walked into a dark forest with Krystal trailing behind. He abruptly stopped and kneeled down as Krystal glanced over his shoulder. Kai pulled off a white silk blanket off a human-like figure laying on the floor. Krystal was shocked about what she saw...

It was her.

She gasped as tears stung her eyes. She was dead. Kai turned around with wide eyes.

"You're supposed to be dead." He stared at her with a shocked expression.

Only one word repeated in her mind as she took a step forward.

Revenge.
