·DIXIE·

I got off the airplane and power walked my way to the gate terminals. Inside, stood my family, who were smiling and waving.

"Hey, Mom," I said, hugging my mother.

"Welcome home, honey," she said, hugging me back.

I hugged everyone and we started to walk to the van. Liam, my older brother by one year, helped me put my bags in the trunk. We all got inside of the van, except for Nicola. She had to go meet up with one of her friends for their birthday.

I had recently been touring with Sleeping With Sirens and Matty Mullins and it was all finally over. I'm kind of sad that we all had to leave each other, but at the same time, I'm so happy to be with my family.

Liam's a musician as well, but him and his band, One Direction, are taking a break and then returning to the stage (hopefully) soon. I hate seeing him without his friends, but he needed it, and so did they.

"So, how was the tour?" Liam asked.

"It was awesome! I think Kellin might call Pierce The Veil and we could meet up and talk about maybe touring together," I said, smiling like a school girl. I'm super excited! I might actually be touring with my favorite band in the whole world!

"Well, I hope it all works out," Mom said. I tucked my knees to my chest (I'm only "5'4, so I'm small to curl into a ball in the backseat of my family's mini van) and put my earbuds in. I started to drift off to sleep.

~30 MINUTES LATER~

We got to my house and I smiled. It's so good to be home.

I helped my dad get my bags out of the trunk and I ran up to the house. I asked Liam to keep my house keys so that I wouldn't have to take them on tour and lose them. I asked him to open the door for our father and I and we all walked in my 100-year-old house. When Nicola, my sister, found out I was living here, she immediately came to the conclusion that this place was haunted. Just to be sure, we prayed over the house and I burned sage so that I wouldn't have any dangerous spirits living in my house.

After getting my things in my house, I started to unpack. Nicola and Ruth followed me upstairs so that we could have some sister time, and what better way to do that and gossip about the cute guys I saw on tour (Kellin freaking Quinn!) and about my no-good ex, Jeremy.

They both sat on my bed as I started folding clothes and putting them away.

"So, what happened to that frat boy?" Ruth asked, not daring to speak his name.

"Dumped me through text. That dickhead was pretty much jealous of the guys I was hanging with and he accused me of letting all of the guys pop my cherry. He basically said that he didn't want to date a whore and I said that he slept with a bunch of other women, which, of course, he denied. And the rest is history," I said.

"Well, he wasn't that hot, anyways," Ruth said.

"He was a fucking Greek god," Nicola said. "Admit it. You wanted to be her a few times." She gestured to me. I laughed hard and so did they.

"Anyways, about what you said in the car about that Pierce The Veil band... are they cute?" Ruth asked. I widened my eyes.

"Gorgeous," I said, pulling out my phone. I pulled up a picture of them all together and they both smiled. "There's Vic and Mike, who are brothers, Jaime, and Tony, my little turtle."

They both laughed a little. "Well, if that works out and Kellin said he could help you out, maybe you could have an awesome time with these people. They look really nice," Ruth said.

I heard someone knock on my door and I opened it to reveal Liam and Louis Tomlinson, his band mate and best friend. I screamed in excitement and hugged Louis.

"Louis!"

"Dixie! How are you, love? You look great," he said.

"I've been amazing! How are you? How's little Freddie?" I asked.

"He's been little. My precious boy. Just about to break my heart at how much he's growing. And I've been great. I actually came here to ask you if you wanted to have a party at my house. Formal little get-together. You up for it?" he asked.

I smiled and nodded. "Of course. Yeah. That would be awesome."

"Great. Tomorrow? Is that okay with any of you?" Louis asked, looking around the room. They nodded and Louis smiled deeply. "Awesome. This is going to be sick. See you tomorrow."

"Bye, Louis," we all said.

"Y'know, Louis wouldn't be a bad rebound," Ruth said as soon as she knew Louis and Liam were gone.

"Ruth!" I said, smiling. I have to admit, Louis is really cute, and I would love to ask him out, but that would be weird since he's my brother's best friend. It just didn't seem right at all. Plus, they both have enough on their plate. I don't think Louis would want to worry about juggling work, a baby, and a girlfriend at the same time. And Liam... Oh, boy, Liam would supervise every move Louis and I had made. Plus, he's also a father now and is probably thinking about having another one, and he doesn't want any drama to come in when he has little Bear to take care of.
