Chapter 5~ The Awakening

Destiny's POV

I feel... different. I feel.... better, actually. More advanced, in a way. I was still a bit foggy, after all, I had just passed out and changed into a vampire.... WAIT...

I'm a vampire!

I officialy opened my eyes. My vision was a bit blurry, but it cleared up in a matter of seconds. I was in the same room thaat Niall brought Tory and I into before our transformation. Everything looked so much more defined, from the dust in the air to the wood patterns in the floor. I looked over to the other side of me. Tory was siiting there in a chair next to the bed I was laying on. I must have been moved during my transformation.

"I was wondering when you were going to come to! Look at you! We're both vampires!" She said excitedly. I smiled. She boosted me off the bed and assisted me to the full length mirror that was in the corner. I saw myslef, but differently.

 I was taller and more curvy than before. I looked up to my face. It was thinner and more defined as well. My eyes were bright crimson. I looked to Tory. She looked more curvy, and her cheekbones were more prominent. Her eyes were a dark maroon color. She looked radiant.

"Woah, being vampires really serves us well, doesn't it?" I say.

"I couldn't agree more." Tory agrees with a smile. Niall then enters the room. He sees us and smiles.

"You ladies look beautiful. Tory, Harry is waiting for you downstairs. He has been dying to see you since you left. He'll explain everything. I must be alone with Destiny for a bit," He explained. She gave me a cheeky smile as she walked out of the room. She shut the door and Niall walked towards me slowly,"Your training starts soo. Are you ready?"

"Yes. I'm just nervous. i have no idea how to be a vampire..." I spoke shyley. 

"That is why both you and Tory will be starting your training with me." He smiled lightly.

"Sounds fine. Please, don't kill me"

"I wouldn't even dream of it. First part of your training is hunting. I know your throat is probably hurting quite a bit." I rubbed my throat. He was right.

"You're correct. What exactly am I hunting, though?"

"You see my eyes? They're gold. We hunt animals here. Your eyes are still red. You crave human blood. However, slowly you will be completely converted to animals."

"Sounds easy enough..."

"We'll see about that." Niall smiled. He grabbed my hand gentley and pulled me out of the room.

How hard could this possibly be?
