Sai was getting transferred to a new facility one state over. Naruto was absolute devastated. he loved Sai, and Sai loved him. Or so he thought.
The wardens,as most called them, were escorting Sai out to the car that awaited him out front.
"Sai!"
Naruto called and said raven tuned around and faced Naruto,who ran up and hugged Sai.
"Don't forget about me, yeah? Call me and write me ok?"
Naruto looked up and stared lovingly into Sai's almost black eyes. The raven thought for a moment and looked into the glistening ocean blue eyes that were once so intriguing.
"Unfortunately, for you anyway, I've already forgotten about you."
Sai spoke coldly and Naruto froze.
"W-what do y-you mean S-Sai?"
"I mean what I said. I don't need you, I never really did. You were simply a cheap lay. And probably the easiest I've ever encountered."
Sai finished, pushed Naruto away, gave that disgustingly sly, emotionless smile, and walked right out the door.
Naruto stood frozen before he fell to his knees.
Gaara, who just so happened to be watching, mostly for emotional support, tried to get Naruto to stand, but couldn't.
"Come on Naruto, let's go to our room."
Gaara picked up Naruto bridal style and slowly walked up the stairs as Naruto began to sob,
"I thought he loved me! He lied!"
Naruto mumbled, quite faintly, but he still heard it.
Why didn't I listen to that damn fox?
This wouldn't be the first time that Garra has heard of this 'damn fox'. And he's betting it won't be the last.
