" Do you really have to do this?" Jerome asked as he helped with my luggage. Alex was standing by the corner of the living room with a disapproving face . I flashed him a smile and he didnt bother returning it back.
"Oh wait." I paused and turned behind.
"You changed your decison?" Excitement was dancing on Alex's face.
"What? Nooo... Im going back with Braden. Thats final." I smiled heading to my room to grab my phone's charger.
I heard Alex's sigh at the back but I knew Jerome and him were just looking out for me. I knew I had to be with Braden.
On the other hand, my parents were overjoyed that I was going back to live with Braden. The moment Braden came and expressed his interest to patch back, they have been in celebratory mood.
But, only the two of them were in an ecstatic mood. The others in the house seemed sad.
Millie was sitting on my bed feeding Nia. "Hey Mils, Im leaving." I said,grabbing my charger .
"Thats great. Im just afraid as your brothers but I dont want to affect your happiness." Millie smiled at me. "Remember, Nia will miss you a lot so make sure to visit us." She said looking Nia who was going to fall asleep any moment.
" I will miss this little woman,a lot. Make sure you show her my photo daily."I laughed and that cracked up Millie too.
"Have a good life with Braden,Ally. Warn him not to make you cry. Or else he would have to deal with me." Millie gave a serious face.
I nodded my head laughing at her threat.
I bade farewell to everyone and drove over to our mansion. Braden wanted to pick me up but I told him go back home and arrange the new furniture we had bought recently.
After a 30 minutes drive, I reached our house and I proudly grinned at it.
I took out my luggage after parking the car next to Braden's. I practically pranced to the entrance and unlocked the door with my thumbprint.
The moment I set my foot into the house, I walked stealthily to surprise Braden. He knew I would be coming back today but I didnt tell him the time.
I followed the noise from the dining area and it led me to wear Braden was standing.
My effort to surprise him was foiled because Braden was standing shirtless infront of me. The sight of his abs and muscles were heavenly and my grip on reality just loosened the moment I saw him standing like an adonis infront of me.
"I take it as you wanted to surprise me from the way you were walking in." Braden chuckled.
"I..I.Yes I did." I said reeling from the shock.
God,I wouldnt have imagined I will get such a sexy welcome back home.
"You know, you can never surprise me. I know you too well,sweetheart."Braden pulled me closer to him as he leaned against the wall for support.
His lips touched mine and that awakened every cell in my body. I responded to his kiss as eagerly as I could because I had been waiting for this for months.
"God, I missed you so much,Ally" Braden said as he carried me up in bridal style and walked up to our bedroom.
Upon reaching our room, I realised the smell of the room was different. It didnt have the musky fragrance it usually carried.
"Braden why does our room smell so delicious?" I asked him as he let me onto the ground.
Braden chuckled as he point to the boxes of pizzas on our bed which was waiting to be devoured.
"Holy cheese!! You ordered pizzas?" I jumped in joy.
Braden simply nodded his head and charged towards the bed. I didnt leave a second to be wasted, I too rushed to grab my box of pizzas.
After 3 pizza boxes ....
"I didnt know we had such an appetite." I commented as I gulped my drink.
"Me neither. All my gymming has gone to a waste. Gotta do extra reps now." Braden was lying on bed , watching Masterchef Junior,his newest addiction.
"Do you know at the speed you carried me up to the bedroom, I thought you were gonna do something else. I didnt expect a pizza party!" I laughed at my silly thought.
"Oh wells, dont we need all the energy to make our own masterchef juniors?" He smirked pulling me closer to him.
