"Kookie, Y/N is here!"

Jungkook's mother shouted as Y/N took off her shoes and walked into the house.
She glanced at the boy sitting in the wheelchair by the window and sighed.

She hates to see him like this, Soulless and hopeless.

She walked towards him and squat down in front of him. She stared into his eyes as he stared at something outside the window.

She followed his glance and spotted a young teenage boy dancing happily.

Only if that accident didn't happen.

She thought as she returned her glance back to him.

There was nothing in his eyes.

No emotion, no hope, no love, and no desire. Just complete emptiness.

Y/N sighed, "Kookie, let's go outside and stroll down the street okay? I'll push you."

Jungkook didn't respond to her and sat still. He stared at the young boy dancing as Y/N pushed him away from the window.

She sighed and pushed him towards the door.

If that accident didn't happen...

She thought as she pushed Jungkook out of the door.

~~~Flashback~~~

"Kookie, that was an amazing move!" Y/N exclaimed as she clapped her hands for the sweaty boy, who is smiling proud.

"Of course, Y/N! I'm the dancing machine of this town Jeon Jungkook! Bwahahahaha!!" He cackled as Y/N rolled her eyes and held his hands.

"Come on, let's go get some boba. I'm thirsty." Y/N said as she dragged Jungkook.

Jungkook watched Y/N pout as she walked in front of him. He loved to tease her because he loved to see her pout. He paused and pulled Y/N into his embrace as he whispered to her.

"Y/N, you know what I love the most about you?"

"What?"

Jungkook turned her around and landed a kiss on her forehead.

"Everything."

Y/N blushed and pulled away from his embrace and continued walking down the street. She turned around and looked back at Jungkook as she said, "Come on, Jungkook you're too slow."

Jungkook picked up his pace and began to walk faster.

Soon, they stopped by the boba shop. Jungkook ordered the drinks as Y/N stood by the street. Suddenly, a small ocean breeze blew and her hat flew off her head and landed in the middle of the street.

She ran out to the street as a car drove towards her.

"Y/N, our drink is ready." Jungkook said as he turned around to look for her.  His eyes widened when he saw her squatting down in the middle of the street as a car drove towards her.

"Y/N!!!!!!"

Jungkook yelled as he rushed out to her.

Y/N turned around and saw Jungkook running towards her. Before she had the time to figure out what happened. She was pushed by Jungkook and the next moment, he was hit by a car.

Jungkook fell on the ground as Y/N rushed towards him.  She kneeled besides him as the driver of the car walked out and called 911.

Everything was a blur to Y/N, her only concern is the man laying on the ground besides her.

"Kookie!!!!" Y/N shouted as she cried, "Don't you dare sleep on me!!! Stay awake!!"

Jungkook opened his eyelids and looked up at her. He reached his arm up and wiped her tears away, "Stupid. Why would I sleep on you? Don't cry.... I'm just going to take a nap... I'll wake up right away..." Jungkook' voice faded as he closed his eyes and his arm plopped down into Y/N's lap.

Soon the ambulance arrived and picked Jungkook up. Y/N followed him to the hospital as the nurses pushed him into the Emergency room for a urgent surgery.

After the surgery the doctor said that his bottom half will be paralyzed for the rest of his life and there will be no chance for him to recover. Ever since then he has been like this.... Sad and hopeless...

Y/N pushed his wheel chair silently as a little girl, who is carrying a small basket full of flowers walked up to her and asked, "Would you like to buy some flowers for him?"

Y/N smiled at the little girl and said, "I would love to."

She pointed at the small bouquet of flowers and asked, "How much is that?"

The little girl pointed at the small bouquet of white flowers and asked, "This one?"

Y/N nodded as she confirmed, "Yes, that one."

"It cost five dollars."

Y/N took out a five dollar bill and gave it to the little girl.

The little girl passed her the flowers and said, "Thank you!!"

She hopped down the street happily as Y/N watched her leave.

Y/N pushed the wheelchair to a flat surface and squatted before Jungkook's eyes. She gave him the flowers and said, "Kookie ah~~~ Do you know what this flower means?"

Jungkook stared at her blankly as Y/N held his hands.

"It means that I'll love you forever no matter what happens. So please come back to me kay? I'll wait for you no matter how long it takes."

A stream of tears rolled out of her eyes as she said, "I'll wait for you..."

"Don't cry..." He mumbled as he raised his arm up and wiped her tears away.

"Okay... Kookie."
