This is my first fanfic so I don't even know if I'll continue it soooo yah I'm really bored so I was like yolo let's make a fanfic yay.

Katniss POV

"BEEP BEEP BEEP!" Goes my alarm

"ugh, first day of senior year, yay"
Note the sarcasm in my voice. I roll out of bed and practically crawl to my wardrobe. I pick out some black leggings and a cropped purple jumper and my black converse and put them on. I sit on my bed looking at the locket my dad gave me before he passed away. It's a real gold locket with our family picture in it , and I never take it off. I look at my alarm and realise if I don't eat my breakfast now I'll be late on the first day. I run down the stairs and grab a banana and an apple and hop in my car and drive to school. I park my car and go to the front office to get our new locker combinations and our new schedules. I wonder where all my friends are. I bump into Annie in the hallway. " Hi Annie! I was looking for you," I say picking up the schedule I dropped. "Oh hi Kat we were looking for you too!" Annie says while shoving her phone back into her bag. " The gang are talking beside Peeta's locker, if that's what you were going to ask " she says casually. We walk to Peeta's new locker which happens to be beside mine. "Hey Guys!" me and Annie say in unison. "I HAD THE BEST SUMMER EVER GUYS!" Glimmer says a bit too excitedly. "Why don't we see what classes we have together first Glimmer!" I say laughing. Turns out we all have the same classes together. "C'mon guys lets go to class, I DO NOT want to start the senior year with a detention!" as we are walking to English class finnick and Annie are holding hands, and I'm wondering when that happened. Finnick has had a crush on Annie for AGES but he would never admit it , and the same goes for Annie , but maybe Finnick finally grew a pair and asked her out. My relationship with gale is a nightmare. He is so possessive and hates when I talk to Peeta and Finnick. He almost raped me but I ran all the way to Peeta's house and told him what happened. I tried to break up with him every time I see him but he laughs like its a joke, and gives me a speech about how he owns me. Ugh, thank god he's suspended for the first week of senior year. suddenly I see hands waving in front of my face to try bring me back to reality. "Katniss were here," Peeta says calmly. I sit down in the seat next to Finnick, Peeta and Annie.
