"Why do I have to go AGAIN?!" I exclaimed as my mom was telling me that my family and I would have to go to Sal's, a local pizzeria that I guess was pretty popular here in New York. We have gone to Sal's literally every week, and honestly I'm getting tired of it. But I would have to go because my dad got ANOTHER promotion.
My mom then escorted me up to my room to get changed. When I get up to my room, I enter my One Direction shrine. There's posters of their faces plastered all over my walls, big and small. I just wish I could meet them, let alone be one of their "dream girlfriends." It would be crazy awesome if I could, but I'd never get my hopes up. I couldn't even go to their concert my friend is paying for that's about 15 miles away because I'm "too young." I honestly don't get how a 16 year old girl is too young to see a band that's only a few years older. I wish I could just trade places with some one sometimes.
I hopped into the car and drove for 10 minutes until we got to Sal's. It was PACKED. I mean we couldn't even get a parking spot right away which we've never had an issue with. we had to wait an extra 5 minutes just to park. It was suspicious how packed it was, considering it was always open. As I was walking on the sidewalk to the entrance, all I see are screaming, squealing girls. It was crazy. But I was just happy that my parents reserved a room WAY in the back of the pizzeria so it would be "more enjoyable."
The waiter finally came up to us to take our orders. It looked like he went through a lions cage, his face was full fear and he was literally trembling. I was really honestly scared of why a billion people were here. But he soon just left before I could order, as my mom ordered for us all. He came back about 10 minutes later with waters. Why must my mom be such a health freak?
I soon was about half done with my water when I excused my self from the table to go to the bathroom. It was like hidden in a little hallway. Men's on the left and women's on the right. When I finally got to it, I just went straight to the mirrors. No one else was in here, thank god. I finally had my privacy. I flipped out the keyboard on my phone and saw that I have 3 messages, all from my best friend Mallory. We were both directioners so obviously the texts were about 1D. I read them all.
They read:
OMG did you hear they're in New York!!!
Are you sure you still can't go??? I'll have to ask Rocky if you can't go.... it's in a week!!
Are you there???? You wanna go to the park later at 3??
I just replied with a simple sure. I put my phone back into my pocket and fixed my hair a little bit; I tucked a little hair back into my braid on the side of my head. But instantly I thought of all the screaming girls that were all over the restaurant. I wanted to text Lexi back where in New York they were, but I decided not to do I wouldn't have to wait for a reply. Plus if I didn't know she most likely would either. I quickly looked into the mirror with one last look a I realized I've been in here for 6 minutes, do I slipped out the door.
I honestly didn't want to go back, so if I was texting Lexi I would have an excuse to have my phone out. But as I was pulling out my phone from the pocket in my shorts, I bumped into some guy. Oh my god!! I thought. I've never felt so embarrassed.
I knelt down immediately and said, "Oh my gosh, I'm SO sorry!"
He replied with, "No it's alright, it was my fault." He had an accent that was REALLY familiar. As he got up, I could only make out his hair, as his head was facing the floor. He had beach blonde hair... then he picked up his head and look me right in the eyes.
I literally fell to the floor. OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD I'M GOING TO PASS OUT OH MY GOD, I thought. My head was banging against my skull so hard, I felt like I hit it on a really big rock.
