How they met?
During a mission with Primal Sunflower and Tall-Nut in the Wild West, Spark was twitching worse than normal. He was grabbed by Chill and the two looked at each other.
Spark fell in love with Chill.
Chill, however, wasn't impressed with Spark's twitching and told him to get his act together.
During the fight, a Wild West Gargantuar attacked, harming Tall-Nut and nearly killing Chill when Spark sneezed his plant Food, reducing the cowboy zombie to ash.
Chill congratulated Spark.
When did they get together?
The three electric tricksters were pranking other plants when E-Current told Spark to prank Chill. Spark agreed and tip toed up to the reading dragon and went to prank him. But got glared at by the Cold Snapdragon.
Instead of freezing the electric shooter, Chill picked up Spark, put the guy on his lap, rested his head on Spark's head and kissed him. Declaring that Spark is "his treasure".

Their relationship?
From what the other plants have said, Spark and Chill are big romance rivals to Threepeater and Twin Sunflower but Chill is planning on marrying the electric plant. Snapdragon is currently trying to break them up
