A/N Sowwweeeh I actually forgot the password to my laptop so then I had to find a way of getting it back on and like the computer geek you all know I am I fixed it! Anyways this Chapter hasn't been edited sorry, I will edit it though.

Jasons P.O.V

After eating dinner and smugly watching Jade get angry at me after my constant taunting about her music choices, little did she know I thought it was cute.

 I must admit I was having a fairly awesome time, and quite liked this household. I was finding it hard though it was almost like Jade wanted nothing to do with me at first but now she's warming up to me, although I think she's probably passed that stage it still worries me that she doesn't trust me and feel comfortable around me as much as she should.

I snapped out of my daze and looked down at my gorgeous mate who was now sitting in deep conversation with Michael my beta and Amber Jade's sister.

I looked at Michael curiously and noticed how love filled his gaze as he stared at Amber longingly you'd be a fool not to realize they were mates feeling that it was rude to intrude I looked at Jade's mum and after she noticed my distress of not being able to talk to Jade she shot up and announced.

'' Dessert's going to be ready In a bit'' She paused glancing in my direction before continuing on

'' Jade why don't you take Jason on a tour of the house but before you do that could I have a little chat with Jason, please?'' She glanced in my direction giving me a look that said I'm not taking no for an answer.

With that she stood up straightened out her outfit and left the room with me following on her heels.

After entering what looked like the family room she sat down on the couch and gestured for me to do the same .

She smiled warmly at me reminding me of my own mum.

'' Your mates aren't you?''  She didn't look angry jus genuinely curious.

Deciding it was better to tell the truth to her I nodded slowly and mumbled a low

'' Yes.''  Which formed a bright grin on her face although Jade didn't know this I've known her mum for a very long time Jade's father was one of my fathers third in command when she was little that was until he died I don't remember him that much but I remember enough to know that he was kind hearted and would always be by her side. After he died Beth, Jade's mum , started moving around a lot and now she's back its quite a shock to know her daughters my mate .

Beth's soothing voice snapped me out of it, I looked up to see her bright blue eyes twinkling as she spoke

'' Well the elders couldn't have chosen anyone better for her'' She paused before frowning slightly.

'' Just don't hurt her, I don't want her going through any more pain when she lost her father she was in the worst state ever losing your mate would be by far more painful.''

'' I will Mrs. .... ?''

'' Mrs. Docking but just call me Beth''

I grinned happy that she was fine with me being her daughters mate but I needed to make her promise me something.

'' Uhm Beth.?''  I asked slowly

'' Yes ?''

'' Could you promise not to bring up this subject with her yet because were not properly together and I don't really want her to think I'm forcing her into anything''  I told her watching her carefully as she nodded her understanding .
